Development of ASR engine using frameworks like ESPNET or FairSeq or Athena or
Deep Speech using PyTorch or Tensorflow
Assist to define technology required for Speech to Text besides core engine
and to design integration of these technologies.
Work on improvement of model's accuracy and guide the team with best practices.
Desired experience:
Good understanding of machine learning(ML) tools.
Should be well versed in classical speech processing methodologies like hidden
Markov models (HMMs), Gaussian mixture models (GMMs), Artificial neural
networks (ANNs), Language modeling, etc.
Hands-on experience of current deep learning (DL) techniques like Convolutional
neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), long-term short-term
memory (LSTM), connectionist temporal classification (CTC), etc used for
speech processing is essential.
The candidate should have hands-on experience and any of the end-to-end
implementation of ASR tools such as ESPNET or FairSeq or Athena or Deep
Speech
Hands-on PyTorch and Tensorflow experience is desirable.
Experience in techniques used for resolving issues related to accuracy, noise,
confidence scoring etc.
Ability to implement recipes using scripting languages like bash
Ability to develop applications using python, c++, Java
Knowledge of Transformer Models like BERT-base. ELMo, ULM-FIT
Experience in CI/CD pipeline, MLOps processes
Hands-on deployment experience using cloud applications like AWS, GCP

PR Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead the global PR strategy for Fynd and all product verticals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own the end-to-end media relations, press outreach, and storytelling efforts.
- Proactively pitch stories and secure coverage across top-tier publications, industry media, and digital platforms.
- Position Fynd’s leadership, products, and innovations as key voices in retail tech, AI, automation, and SaaS.
- Monitor commerce, AI, and SaaS trends to identify opportunities for thought leadership and media placements.
Media & Industry Relations
- Build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, analysts, and influencers across tech, retail, SaaS, and AI domains.

- Drive executive communications, including keynote speeches, panel discussions, and industry event participation.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful storytelling around product innovations, partnerships, and market trends.
- Work closely with the content and growth teams to align PR efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Lead crisis communications and reputation management when necessary.
Corporate & Community Engagement
- Identify and leverage speaking opportunities, awards, and strategic partnerships to amplify Fynd’s brand visibility.
- Engage with online communities, industry forums, and professional networks to position Fynd as an industry leader.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or related major, more than 5 years of Java EE development experience.
2. Have a solid foundation in JAVA, have strong OOP and OOD development ideas, and be familiar with various design patterns. Have strong coding skills, have business design experience, and be able to solve more complex technical problems.
3. Proficient in using mainstream JAVA open-source frameworks, such as Spring, Spring boot, Spring cloud, myBatis, etc.
