The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in 0→1 environments. You’ll take ownership of architecture, design, and execution across backend, web, and mobile (iOS/Android) — helping shape both the product and the culture of the company.

You’ll be joining at the earliest stage — working directly with the founding team on everything from feature development to infrastructure decisions and product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable backend systems (APIs, data models, authentication, messaging, matching).

Solution Architect – .NET & Angular

Location: Chandigarh (with frequent onsite Jaipur)

Experience: 10+ years (3+ in architecture roles)

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contractual- 3-5 months)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in the .NET and Angular stack to lead technical design and implementation for complex government IT projects. The role is focused on system architecture, integrations, performance, and code quality, working alongside an established project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own solution architecture, including component design, data flow, integration patterns, and deployment topology.
• Lead preparation of HLD, LLD, and technical documentation as per government standards.
• Review and guide implementation of modules built on ASP.NET Core, Angular, and MSSQL.
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, GIGW, and NIC integration standards.
• Conduct code reviews, resolve architectural blockers, and guide the team on tech decisions.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure design.

Technical Skills:

• ASP.NET Core, Angular 12+, TypeScript
• MS SQL Server
• REST API design, JWT/OAuth2, caching, queues
• Govt Cloud
• Knowledge of government integration protocols (Aadhaar, DigiLocker, eOffice, etc.)

Preferred:

• Prior experience in at least 2 government/PSU projects
• Familiarity with STQC, GIGW, data residency, and compliance mandates

Role: Engineer/Sr Engineer -Java 

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: 

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the front-end development of modules for enlivening CEM. 

The engineer is responsible for end to end delivery of specific components in the module and integrating them with existing modules 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Working with technical architects, able to convert the architecture into design and code in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, and NodeJS. 

• Able to generate LLD documents. 

• Ability to write Quality code with minimum defects. 

• Unit Test and follow the coding standards. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS: 

• 5+ years of strong programming and logical skills in Java (Spring Boot), AngularJS, Object-Oriented Javascript, NodeJS and HTML5 

• Hands-on Experience with Java (Spring Boot), and MySQL is mandatory. Must have completed at least 2 full projects using Spring boot and AngularJS.

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Spring JPA and RESTful web services implementation.

• NodeJS experience is value add 

• Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

2. Working on Flutter application development using various advanced strategies like state management, API integrations, and scalable databases
3. Working with Socket.io library for Flutter and Node.js product development

5. Managing product workloads on public/private cloud - we are currently on AWS & also planning to be on GCP/Azure (our platform would also be available as on-premise deployment, you will handle these deployments)
6. Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integration-al capabilities of the product
7. Work on using GIT and CI-CD for product version control and continuous delivery

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Include: 

Ship product, independently and/or as part of a small team 

Collaborate with other engineers to build new features 

Debugging using dev consoles, firebug, firecookie, or any of your favorite tools. 

Help troubleshoot production issues and resolve critical customer facing issues Provide top-notch support to our customers 

You Should Have: 

A strong body of prior front end work, including significant projects written in JavaScript. Mastery of JavaScript; expertise in most of the following technologies, and proficiency in all of them: jQuery, CSS, HTML5, AJAX. 

Deep understanding of closures, prototypal inheritance, DOM manipulation, HTTP, web security, cross browser compatibility challenges. 

Strong Experience with NodeJS and Express JS. 

Hands-on with a code management system like GIT, SVN. 

Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably CouchDB or CouchBase. 

Good to have: Experience with ReactJS and Typescript.
