Role Overview

Support the Business Development team in driving international sales across the global market. Gain hands-on experience in high-volume edtech sales, working with global customers while contributing to our mission of transforming education worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international leads via calls, emails, and virtual consultations.
• Understand customer needs and pitch premium edtech programs through consultative selling.
• Manage follow-ups, maintain lead data, and update sales trackers using Google Sheets/CRM tools.
• Handle objections professionally and assist in closing high-value international deals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
• Meet daily/weekly outreach and revenue targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current student/recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (0–1 year experience).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; confidence in speaking with international customers.

    Working knowledge (including design and configuration) of any TMS application e.g. ION-IT2, Oracle Treasury, SAP TRM, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for functionally supporting Trafigura’s IT deliverables for the TMS application. Including;

6.      Ensuring TMS application supports the agreed business requirements.

7.      Review and challenge all requirements/change requests and specifications including:

The technology platform implements  functionalities such as: screening surveys of mentors and mentees, training content for mentors, matching through an algorithm, and mentorship through the delivery of structured activities. 

The application technology architecture comprises of the following:

o   a Python Django web application with NGinx and Gunicorn

o   PostgreSQL database

o   A React Android and Web app

o   Rest APIs which interact between the Android app and the Django webserver
