We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation (IT) to manage and grow our lead generation team to drive sales pipeline growth by identifying and engaging potential clients in the B2B e-commerce domain

Our channels of communication will be email and LinkedIn, no cold calling is involved in our process. We only connect with our leads on video calls after they show interest in our outreach via email and LinkedIn.

Our primary geographic zone is North America (USA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a Lead Generation team. Mentor, guide, track, train and hire where required.
• Develop and execute Lead Generation strategies to acquire high-quality leads for B2B ECommerce services.
• Build and maintain email and linked in outreach message sequences, that can be sent manually or via our outreach CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain and update lead databases using CRM tools.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
• Make frequent progress report presentations to management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in IT services or eCommerce solutions.
• Ability to lead, mentor and track a Lead Generation team to success.
• Strong understanding of IT sales, digital marketing, and lead nurturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and CRM platforms (Freshsales etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation strategies based on performance metrics.
