What You’ll Do

• Test Planning & Design: Work with our product and engineering teams to understand what we’re building, then create test plans and cases that cover all the bases—frontend, backend, and AI features.
• Manual & Automated Testing: Run manual tests to catch those tricky edge cases, and build automated tests to make sure nothing slips through the cracks as we move fast.
• Bug Hunting: Log, track, and help squash bugs. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure issues are found and fixed before our users ever see them.
• Automation & CI/CD: Set up and maintain automated test frameworks, and make sure our tests run smoothly in our CI/CD pipelines.
• AI & Data Testing: Help validate our AI features, check model outputs, and make sure our data pipelines are working as expected.
• Quality Metrics & Reporting: Keep an eye on quality metrics and share clear, honest feedback with the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Join in on Agile ceremonies, suggest improvements, and help us get better every sprint.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing for web apps, APIs, and AI systems.
• Comfortable writing scripts in Python or JavaScript for automation.
• Familiar with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Postman.
• Experience using version control (like Git) and working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum.
• Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
• Experience testing APIs, web apps, and cloud-based platforms.
• Bonus: Experience testing AI/ML features or working with AI-powered products.

Organisation: A Fintech startup in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:
● Work in close coordination with senior management to define strategy and targets for FI Partnerships
● Develop the pitch, collateral, presentations and other supporting material to adequately demonstrate risk/reward for the Financial Institution partners
● Generate leads pipeline (inbound and outbound) and implementation plan
● Lead and prepare presentations to Financial Institutions
● End to end management of the process for acquiring partners for the platformincluding conclusion of commercials, legal agreement, system integration etc
● Coordination with internal teams like Legal, Credit Risk, Product etc and with external teams of the Bank or Financial Institutions
● Progressively reduce financing cost profile across the platform and NBFC
● Work on arranging for debt funds for the NBFC from other Financial Institutions
● Work with Banking partners to actively participate in joint marketing and other efforts to drive customers both from open market and existing customers of thepartner
● Work with the external stakeholders to develop products and new markets, identifybusiness opportunities
● Track and improve on conversion from leads to closure
● Manage relationships and help resolution of issues in case of any with the Financial Institutions &Regular reporting of performance
● Develop deep relationships with Financial Institutions like Banks, NBFCs etc

Education: Tier1/ Tier 2 college candidates preferred.

Qualifications: knowledge of financial products (esp lending and credit) and regulatory environment

Ideal Experience in an NBFC, Bank (preferably on corp banking sales) or FI business development role in other Fintech companies

• Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
• Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
• Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
• Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
• Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action
• Must be comfortable with on-site shift

We are looking for a MERN stack developer with experience in designing and developing the design and development of 

• JavaScript experience
• NodeJS - 2+ years of experience with production-ready applications
• 2+ years of experience with 2 or more UI frameworks (React, Angular).
• React preferred a Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js libraries (such as Redux, jest, etc)
• Experience in testing libraries such as Jest, Enzyme, or Mocha.
• Experience in building Progressive Web Apps (PWA)
• Knowledge of Node server, Socket connections, and mechanisms to handle real-time async data
• Experience with Elasticsearch (Lucene queries).
