Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Rawmart in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), and product design. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design and implementation of projects.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Auto Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, CATIA V5, AutoCAD Smart Draw floor and plant
• layout planning GD&T, DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMA
• Experience in Product Design.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D Design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field

Responsibilities

● Design and develop new features using Full-stack development

(Java/Spring/React/Angular/Mysql) for a cloud(AWS/others) and mobile product

application in SOA/microservices architecture.

● Design awesome features and continuously improve them by exploring alternatives /

technologies to make design improvements.

● Performance testing with Gatling (Scala).

● Work with CI/CD pipeline and tools (Docker, Ansible) to improve build and

deployment process.

● Working with QA to ensure the quality and timing of new release deployments.

Skills/Experience

Good coding/problem solving skills and interest in learning new things will be the key.

Time /Training will be provided to learn new technologies/tools.

● 4 or more years of professional experience in building web/mobile applications using

Java or similar technologies (C#, Ruby, Python, Elixir, NodeJS).

● Experience in Spring Framework or similar frameworks.

● Experience in any DB (SQL/noSQL)

● Any experience in front-end development using React/Vue/Angular/similar

frameworks.

● Any experience with Java/similar testing frameworks (JUnit/Mocks etc).

Role: Marketing Intern (WFO)

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout.

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Collect, organize, and maintain data for marketing activities.
2.  Ensure accuracy and timely updates of information and projects
3.  Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
4.  Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
5.  Assist in preparing detailed reports for ongoing activities.

Requirements:

1.  Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

• Responsible for end-to-end architecture of new products – Concepts, Architecture, Design & Delivery, Roll-out and Customer Success.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 15+ internal engineers.

Punchh Tech India (Fully Owned Subsidiary of Punchh Inc., USA) is looking for creative React Native developers who think outside the box and can push the limits at times! Experience Required: Relevant 2+ years in React Native.

Skillset Required:-

• Good knowledge of JavaScript, OOPS, React- Native, mobile app lifecycle, GIT/SVN.
• Good understanding of UI/UX, app preformation, memory optimisation, delivery feasibilities, coding best practices, design principles.
• Ability to integrate existing components and make custom react - native components

• Understanding requirements and functional specifications and well versed with design programming principles.
