Our products include Mantra Spaces (AI-powered UK HMO property management) and Verity Law (AI-powered legal conveyancing). We're looking for a Fullstack AI Applied Engineer who can build full applications end-to-end and wire AI agents into production systems that real users depend on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship full-stack web applications using React / Next.js and Python / Node.js

• Design and implement AI agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, Agno, or similar

• Integrate agents with real-world APIs — Salesforce, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, email providers

• Build and optimize database layers — production SQL, schema design, RAG pipelines

• Own deployment and infrastructure — Docker services, CI/CD pipelines on AWS or Azure

• Write tests that matter — E2E, load tests, performance benchmarks

• Collaborate directly with the founding team on architecture and product direction

MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript — React, Next.js, Node.js in production

• Strong Python — backends, agent systems, data pipelines

• Hands-on experience with at least one AI agent framework (LangChain, LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, Agno, or equivalent)

• Docker services for containerization and deployment

• CI/CD pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar

• Deployment experience on AWS or Azure

• Solid SQL and database skills — schema design, query optimization

GOOD TO HAVE

• Experience with autonomous agents — MCP (Model Context Protocol), skills, plugins, tool-use

• Memory and context management for long-running agents

• Prompt engineering and optimization

Technical Skills Required:

• Frontend: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js or Vue js.
• Backend: Hands-on experience with Node.js, PHP, or along with frameworks like Express.
• Database: Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL,
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with third-party services.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience working on full-stack development projects.

We are Seeking:

1. AWS Serverless, AWS CDK:

Proficiency in developing serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and other relevant AWS services.

Experience with AWS CDK for defining and deploying cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of serverless design patterns and best practices.

Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts.

Experience in CI/CD workflows with AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.

2. TypeScript, React/Angular:

Proficiency in TypeScript.

Experience in developing single-page applications (SPAs) using React.js or Angular.

Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux (for React) or RxJS (for Angular).

Understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend development practices.

3. Node.js:

Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js.

Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

4. MongoDB/NoSQL:

Experience with NoSQL databases and their use cases.

Familiarity with data modeling and indexing strategies in NoSQL databases.

Ability to integrate NoSQL databases into serverless architectures.

5. CI/CD:

Ability to troubleshoot and debug CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of automated testing practices and tools.

Understanding of deployment automation and release management processes.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Certification(Preferred-Added Advantage):AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer - Associate)

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

Script, React,

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript

Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs with NodeJS and integrations with third-party solutions

Experience in React Native, Android or iOS Native is added advantage.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with TDD and writing robust Unit Test cases.

Exposure to CICD tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps, App Store deployments

Hands-on development to prototype technical solutions.

Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)

Aware of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Qualifications

BCA/ MCA / B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science

2 - 6 years of experience in development within product-based companies or R&D divisions.

Knowledge in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data structures and algorithms

• 7+ years of good hands-on experience in Python, with knowledge of Django
