The Role
The Solution Consultant’s primary responsibility is to engage with our customer's leaders in plant maintenance to provide consulting on value improvement cases, maturity assessments, process improvement, and mobility best practices engagements. Our SCs engage with clients by leading the solution design process, driving the adoption of Innovapptive's connected worker solutions using cloud-based SaaS offerings and mobility solutions.
As a solution consultant, you are responsible to Identify solution needs and user stories and design approaches for the Field workforce to enable KPI improvements such as:
- Efficient and enabled plant maintenance execution
- Expedited and on-time execution of maintenance work
- Compliance with regulatory and industry requirements
The SC will lead all solution design activities and documentation for the implementation of a Plant Maintenance mobile solution. They will understand plant maintenance processes and the challenges companies and their front-end workers face today. They can advise customers on best practices and marry their business processes to an adoptable solution design that leverages Innovapptive’s mobile solutions. Senior Solution Consultants are key internal advisors on product capabilities and product enhancement opportunities based on their understanding of customer requirements and business processes.

- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 6-10 years of hands-on functional solution design experience including requirement gathering, prioritization, documentation and consulting in the areas of SAP PM and EAM (SAP or 3rd party applications that integrate with SAP)
