Responsibilities

• The employee will be Spocsperson for all back office activities for one of our client
• Responding to queries via mail and inbound calls.
• Generating bulk offer letters and salary slips and sending them on mail
• Documentation , updating of details and onboarding of received data in master file.
• Verification of bank details.
• Sharing and maintaining database of Esic and PF to employees.
• Updating Nominee details and family details of employees
• Any other back office and data maintenance activities as required in future.
• Payroll Data Sheet Maintenance where verifying the attendance and salary details including its ESIC , PT , PF Calculation etc.

 

 

Key Skills Required

• Excellent hands on practice on working on Ms Excel
• Excellent knowledge of Pivot Table , Vlookup , Conditional formatting etc and shortcut key formulas
• 30 -40 wpm per minute typing skills are mandatory
• 1 -2+ years’ experience as database management or MIS Executive
• Candidates who have experience in customer service while maintaining database and working on excel will be preferred
• Satisfactory communication skills in English to respond queries on mails.
• Person who is dedicated towards his work and understand his duties

1. 4+  years of Automation testing experience
2. Hands on technical experience on selenium with java.
3. Demonstrated ability to perform and manage test execution activities.

5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the team and all stakeholders.
6. Strong knowledge of agile process and Kanban framework.
7. Strong Automation experience (Selenium with Java, Python) as well as BDD(Cucumber)
8. DevOps experience will be preferred(Docker, Kubernetes, Bitbucket, AWS/Azure Cloud)

- Responsible to create and manage iOS Application for both iPhone and iPad using APIs, Third Party SDKs

About the Role:
As one of our first mobile engineers in Bangalore, this is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in designing and building our new KeepTruckin Fleet Manager iOS app and as well as grow by working directly with experienced technology professionals with backgrounds from Silicon Valley companies like Google, Twitter, Facebook and Uber (to name a few). We are looking for candidates who have a familiarity with Objective-C and Swift, and a good understanding of system architectures (mvc, mvvm, redux) and a forward thinking mindset aimed at high readability (declarative) code, as well as identifying problems or bottlenecks before they become issues.

What You'll Do:
Develop from scratch our new iOS KeepTruckin Fleet Manager AppWork with product team to refine feature specs, and work with cross functional teams like IoT, Embedded, Data Science/ML, Computer Vision & Motion teams to create fluid user experiences with interactive visualization for a multitude of data from these different teamsCommunicate with backend engineers about API requirements or refinements, and engage with the senior engineers for mentorship to learn & grow in your areas of interest. Analyze our user's data to identify bugs, and help support team to diagnose user problems Be able to work as part of a small, tightly knit team

What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience working on iOS apps. Proficiency in Objective-C, Swift, Storyboards, XIBs, and programmatic view layouts and transitionsAn understanding of Apple UI/UX and application design paradigmsAn appreciation and understanding of automated app testing.
