Fashion Consultant – Luxury Apparel

📍 Location: Kochi

Job Overview:

We’re seeking a stylish and customer-focused Fashion Consultant for our luxury apparel store. You’ll guide clients in selecting outfits, manage counter sales, and ensure a premium shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with styling and product selection
• Manage counter sales and achieve store targets
• Maintain visual displays and store presentation
• Provide excellent customer service and brand experience

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail (luxury preferred)
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fashion sense with good grooming
• Flexible to work retail hours

Requirements:

• Expert in Python, with good knowledge in Django technology.
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Experience in Flask will be an add-on
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python.
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools.
• Good communication skills.

• Minimum 2 years experience on MEAN Stack
• Extensive hands-on experience in Node JS/Express/Hapi JS, Moleculer and NoSQL DBs (Mongodb and Redis are preferred)
• Strong coding and designing skills
• Working understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment concepts and tools such as (Gitlab CI/CD), Development tools (Git), Application Servers (nginx, Apache)
• Experience in consuming and developing secure RESTful API/web-services
• Comfortable using Unix / Linux machines from command prompt
• As a full-stack architect in the team, you'll bring your ideas to life on a technology stack of Node JS and NoSQL Databases among others.

• You must be an excellent problem solver with passion to self-learn and implement backend technologies
• You would be responsible for the architecture design, code review and technology build and deployment activities of web/mobile applications.
• Own the product development from scratch - Architect scalable, distributed and large scale web and mobile solutions from scratch
• You would be responsible for writing SRS and require strong technical writing and communication skills
• You would be responsible for managing and mentoring your team members and help them advance in their learning and career goals
• Ensure test driven development (TDD) methodologies are deployed to execute project
• Define and ensure right coding practices
• Code for fresh development and to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Lead web development efforts, including hiring, mentoring and advising peers

Their platform has enabled 50+ million conversations with independent experts across a number of fields including relationship advice, spiritual advice, life coaching, and career advice.

Our client is based in San Francisco, USA, and is expanding in Bangalore to bring in top talent and build out exciting new features for their customer-facing e-commerce products. They are looking for top test/quality assurance (QA) engineers to ensure their very high-quality bar is met and raised. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will develop and execute feature and regression test suites to ensure product quality.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a scrum team and collaborate in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Key contributor for manual end-to-end functional & regression testing"
• Review feature specifications and design documents and provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Own the acceptance criteria process with developers and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for features
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities with the rest of the QA team along with releases
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. developers, product managers, stakeholders) to identify requirements and communicate progress & releases

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Development
• Experience in agile & scrum methodologies
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria, test plans, and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of SQL scripting
• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related subject is a plus
• Automation experience within the Selenium framework (Java) is a plus
• Performance (stress/load) testing is a plus

• Build pixel-perfect UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• 1- 3 years as a professional software developer.
• Experience with React, React Native and Redux
• Experience with at least one native mobile platform (bonus points if you moved to React Native from iOS or Android development).
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax. Knowledge in TypeScript is a plus point.
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode & Android Studio.
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
