The Role

We're looking for a Manager – Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting to bridge the gap between customer requirements and our product capabilities.

As part of the Sales team, you will engage with prospective clients to understand their business processes, lending workflows, and operational challenges. You will evaluate solution feasibility, define the scope of Proof of Concepts (POCs), and work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to design solutions that align with customer requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, collaborating across teams, and translating customer needs into practical product solutions. While you will work closely with the Sales team, your primary responsibility is to ensure technical and business feasibility before a commercial commitment is made.

What You'll Do?

• Understand prospective clients' lending workflows, operational processes, and business challenges through discovery sessions.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements to determine how AbleCredit's platform can address customer needs.
• Conduct feasibility assessments for new client use cases and identify any product or implementation gaps.
• Define the scope, objectives, success criteria, assumptions, and timelines for client POCs.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams to design practical and scalable solutions.
• Recommend configuration approaches or process improvements based on customer requirements.
• Identify implementation risks, dependencies, and constraints early in the sales cycle.
• Support customer meetings by presenting solution workflows, product capabilities, and proposed approaches.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure POCs are well planned and executed as designed.
• Create clear solution documentation, requirement specifications, process flows, and implementation notes.
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product teams to support future product enhancements.
• Ensure a seamless handover of validated opportunities to the implementation or Customer Success teams once commercial discussions begin.

What We're Looking For?

• 2–4 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Solution Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Consulting, Implementation Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology environment.
• Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solution designs.
• Ability to understand business processes and evaluate solution feasibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable preparing documentation such as business requirements, solution proposals, process flows, and POC plans.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with banks, NBFCs, lending platforms, or other BFSI organisations.
• Understanding of lending operations, credit workflows, field verification, or loan origination processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or Proof of Concepts.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or workflow automation concepts.
• Experience using CRM and project management tools.

The Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, staff management, and performance of the center. The role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, achievement of business targets, high customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the center and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and guide staff, including admin, telecallers, and support teams
• Monitor performance, targets, and productivity of the center
• Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution
• Coordinate with head office for reporting and updates
• Maintain records, reports, and center documentation
• Ensure proper maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and facilities
• Plan and implement strategies to improve admissions, sales, or service delivery
• Conduct team meetings and provide training or motivation to staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of the backend systems for our client's first product.
• Build reliable, secure, and performant backend systems.
• Drive test coverage and continuous delivery automation within the team.
• Mentor and provide feedback to teammates.
• You should have a min of 8 years of software development experience and management.
• Can write code that is readable, maintainable, secure, and performant.
• Know the importance of tests and how to approach writing different types of tests, good intuition for REST API design
• Deep understanding of relational databases, transactions, entity-relationship modeling.
• Comfortable writing highly concurrent systems.
• Experienced in using profilers, tuning garbage collection, optimizing SQL queries.

• Golang, Java, Python, Ruby, Node.

A strong background in Azure OR Amazon Web Services (AWS) or a similar cloud platform is a must-have, certification is a plus.

Excellent technical skills and knowledge include but not limited to: cloud methodologies like PaaS and SaaS; programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net; orchestration systems such as Chef, Ansible, Terraform; Azure IaaS servers; PowerShell scripting.

Fully aware of the DevOps cycle with hands-on on deployment models to the cloud.

Experience working with Docker and related containerization technologies.

Experience working on orchestration platforms such as AKS, RedHat OpenShift etc.

Extensive knowledge working with logging and monitoring tools such as EFK, visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Exposure to security alert monitoring tools.
