Job Role: Placement Co-Ordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, contact, and build relationships with HRs, hiring managers, and recruiters across IT and digital industries.
• Search and monitor job sites, industry platforms, and portals for relevant openings
• Share relevant job openings with eligible candidates and ensure timely application submissions.
• Coordinate and execute successful placement drives to connect students
• Reach out to recruiters and hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements
• Maintain and update placement data for transparency and accountability.

Key Skills Required:

• Must have strong english communication skills
• Extroverted and outgoing personality.
• Any experience is fine.
• Strong ability to identify and build relationships
• Excellent communication, research, and networking skills.
• Effective organizational and reporting abilities
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Candidates from Western line will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Office Timing: 9.00 am - 6 pm | Mon - Sat | 6 Days Working

• You've worked on building iOS apps from scratch
• You've got the skills of actively maintaining it and testing it
• Your apps are production-ready and are actively used
• Your apps are bug-free
• You've never given a reason saying it is Apple who did it

• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Kotlin, Java
• Important libraries include Dagger, RxJava, Realm
• MVVM Clean Architecture
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Work closely with partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
• Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.

• 2 -5 years’ experience in recruitment (IT recruitment plus)
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
• Familiarity with job boards

Job Title: Insurance Sales (Direct Channel)

Role: FLS ( Front Line Sales )

Total Exp: 3-5 Years

Relevant Exp: 2 years into insurance

Skills: Life Insurance Sales, Health insurance sales, Insurance sales

Locations: East, South, North, and West Zones.
