Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (X+ years) as a Software Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
