Key Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, sales) to design solutions that meet business objectives.
· Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
· Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
· Support in developing business cases, feasibility studies, and impact analysis for new initiatives.
· Liaise between business teams and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
· Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for management decision-making.

- Ensuring venue readiness in terms of room setup,material availability etc before the program starts and act as single point of contact for venue partner,parents and learners
- Coordinating kitting ,packing and transportation of materials to and from venues.

- Rescheduling of classes at venues as required
