Job Description: React JS Developer (8+ years) with Strong Next JS Experience

Location: Remote/Gurgaon (GGN)

Shift: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am

Maximum Budget: 15 LPA

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced React JS Developer with a strong background in Next JS. As a React JS Developer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks. This is a remote position with an option to work from our office in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive web applications using React JS and Next JS frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by the QA team or end-users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to React JS and Next JS.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
• Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a React JS Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience in Next JS is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of React JS and its core principles.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Experience with popular React JS workflows (such as Redux).
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with optimizing web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Profile:

• Delivering a complete front end application in Agular
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and browser with reusable and modular components spanning cross multiple projects
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Integrate with the back-end developer in the process of building the RESTful API
• Communicating with external web services for 3rd Party tools and services integration
• Requirement  
• 2+ years of experience and proficiency with Angular, JavaScript and HTML5
• Deep knowledge of Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience
• Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
• Ability to provide SEO solutions and optimization
• Writing non-blocking code, and resorting to advanced techniques such as multi-threading, when needed
• Creating custom, general use modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core Angular

We are looking to fill the React Developer role to work in a fast-paced delivery environment. You should have experience with technologies like JavaScript, and React JS with Redux.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new customer/internal-facing features using React with TypeScript, Redux, and other JavaScript libraries
• Building reusable cross-platform components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating requirements, designs, and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Working with the Truemeds team on new e-commerce projects, from initial business development and discovery phases through implementation and deployment of the completed project
• Maintaining and enhancing existing e-commerce websites and technologies, while adhering to best practices
• Playing a significant role in the requirements gathering, working with Marketing, Design, and Product Management by providing technical suggestions
• Partaking in Sprint planning calls and providing technical input (approach, estimate)
• Performing code reviews before deployments and communicating technical reviews/feedback to engineers in a positive manner
• Understanding and upholding current design and architecture patterns and principles
• Working with the team to deliver business needs in the fastest possible timeframe without incurring significant-tech debt

Requirement: 

• Object-oriented Javascript, jQuery, ES6, React JS (at least one application in Versions 16.8 or above)
• Redux (Action Type, Action Creator & Reducers)
• Middleware(Redux-Thunk, Redux-Saga)
• React Hooks, Axios & Fetch library, Managing States & Props efficiently, React Forms, Validation (Schema & Non-Schema using any third-party library or custom).
• Candidate should be aware of the production build process, HTML5, knowledge of CSS, Rest API integration knowledge, Authentication(Token Based) & Authorization with Routes.
• Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux.
• Must have hands-on experience in writing unit test cases using Jest or Jasmine.
• Skillful experience in Node JS / Express / MongoDB will be a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, and CloudFront would be valuable.

UI Developer :

Experience in developing Web Applications/websites using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap4 or above is essential

Experience in CSS preprocessors like Less, Sass

Experience in developing Responsive and Mobile First design products/websites using wireframes & mock-ups is essential

Experience in tailwind CSS is a must (config, create custom util function)

Experience in the latest design principles and animations is essential

Experience in Photoshop / Sketch tools and collaborative products like Invision / Figma is desirable

A fair understanding of JavaScript programming / Jquery is essential

Experience in working with React

Good knowledge of web standards and SEO principles is desirable
