Presenting lessons in a comprehensive manner and using visual/audio means to facilitate learning.

Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning

Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)

Assess and record students’ progress and provide grades and feedback.

Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom.

Collaborate with other teachers, and parents and participate in meetings as an when required.

Observe and understand students’ behaviour and psyche.

Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences etc.

Explaining the concepts in easy and understandable terms to the students.

Using real-life examples to teach geometrical concepts.

Planning and creating teaching materials.

You will also be responsible for assigning homework, grading assignments and quizzes, and documenting students' progress. Etc.,

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place
• Managing the payroll process

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

1. Perform security assessment of web applications, Android, iOS mobile applications, Source Code Review

2. In-depth knowledge of security vulnerabilities not just limited to OWASP Top 10

3. False Positive removal and manual application testing      

4. Working exp of Python, Java, .Net etc         
5. Experience of using MF Fortify is a must

6. Proactively identify vulnerabilities and recommend fixes

7. Ownership of the tasks, Adapt to technologies/languages/platforms/frameworks of the time                                                                                     

8. Experience in using security tools to carry out manual as well as automated security assessments

9. Experience working with common product flows like payment gateway integration, authentication etc.

Automation Testing

• Lead end to end Testing Automation Process
• Design and implement efficient Testing practices
• Conduct Test case and Code reviews to ensure the quality of Test Cases, Test coverage and Automation Code
• Participate in Planning meetings and ensure quality at all levels of SDLC
• Provide estimations for Manual and Automation
• Provide Testing and Automation Strategy for newly developed Features
• Identify the right tool and set up the automation framework for UI, API, and unit level
• Increase Automation confidence by reducing random test failures
• Work closely with the Development team and ensures code is delivered with high code coverage
• Responsible for QA metrics and Automation ROI and report them to management
• Identify Performance Application Performance bottlenecks and suggest the right tool and test strategy for Non-Functional Testing
• Guide and Mentor QA Team on the Testing and Automation Tools, Frameworks and Process
• Measure and Investigate Defect Leakage and provide preventive measures
• Identify CI / CD tools, define branching strategies, setup CI / CD pipeline

THE POSITION:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in designing & implementing scalable, resilient backend microservices

- Expert at any backend programming language (Python/GoLang preferrable) and has exposure to API design and scalable architecture

- Hands-on experience on a couple of RDBMS/NoSQL/In-memory DBs

- Great database modelling skills

- Ability to choose the right algorithm, data-structure, and design pattern for the given problem statement

- Knowledge of any cloud based platform like AWS or GCP and scaling on the go

- Understanding of various application security principles and experience with building applications secure by design

QUALIFICATION:
