Undergraduate degree in engineering (a must) &/ MBA is a plus, preferably from

premier institutes

• Consultative Sales Experience: minimum 4 years

Strong in Video Editor (Digital Content / Social Media / Lifestyle Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1):Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing, working on digital content for social media or digital platforms (reels, posts, ads, event clips, product/lifestyle content).

Mandatory (Experience 2):Must have strong practical skills in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, capable of turning raw footage into clean, engaging, and brand-consistent videos.

Mandatory (Experience 3):Experience in editing both short-form and long-form content, with attention to flow, timing, clarity, and storytelling across various digital formats

Mandatory (Skill 1):Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and narrative construction in videos, with ability to rework and refine edits based on feedback.

Mandatory (Skill 2):Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and consistently deliver high-quality videos in a fast-paced daily content environment.

Mandatory (Portfolio):Must showcase 2-3 video projects or content pieces demonstrating strong storytelling, technical editing skills, and adaptability to different formats/platforms.

Strong Behavioral Data Analyst Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Minimum 4+ years of experience in user analytics or behavioural data analysis, focusing on user app and web journeys

Mandatory (Experience 2): Experience in analyzing clickstream and behavioral data using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, CleverTap, or Firebase

Mandatory (Skills 1): Hands-on experience in A/B testing, including hypothesis design, experimentation, and result interpretation.

Mandatory (Skills 2): Strong analytical ability to identify behavioral patterns, anomalies, funnel drop-offs, and engagement trends from large datasets.

Mandatory (Skills 3): Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI for dashboard creation and data storytelling.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by selling our extensive range of interior designs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in sales.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative design proposals that meet customer requirements

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients

Integrations SME

• 5 - 7 years of IT experience relevant to this position.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in Development of Integrations using OIC for the Oracle Fusion Modules like Financials / SCM / HCM
• Good hands-on experience in monitoring and debugging of OIC integration and migration of OIC components.
• Excellent client interfacing skills / working with IT as well as business stakeholders and writing technical design documents.
• Should be able to review the requirements and design with business and also provide estimates for various enhancements on integrations
• Hands-on experience in data migration/integration methods SOAP and Rest web services, FBDI, BIP, and HDL.
• Hands-on analysis, design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation experience.
• Good to Have:
• Should have excellent skills in Webservice technologies such as XML / XPATH / XSLT / SOAP / WSDL / XSD / JSON and REST Technologies
• Must have implemented integrations using web service and technology adapters like FTP / File / SOAP / REST / DB
• Hands on Experience on Encryption and Decryption in FTP
• Hands on experience on Mulesoft, Dell Boomi and SOA 

What you need to have:

• Core knowledge of PHP and Laravel frameworks

• Fundamental understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Check if the CSS, HTML, and JavaScript are accurate and consistent across different apps
