About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to handle financial coordination, compliance, and analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, investors, auditors, and external partners to ensure smooth finance operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CA, CS, and legal teams for filings, audits, and documentation.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage payment tracking, PO creation, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain finance dashboards, trackers, and investor communication.
• Assist in process improvement and implementation of internal controls.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years’ experience in finance operations, audit, or compliance.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; knowledge of Tally/Zoho preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to startups or fundraising cycles is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• MS or BS in Computer Science or a related subject.
• At least five (5+) years of web application testing and automation experience.
• Taking complete ownership of product testing efforts.
• Proficiency in Java/ Python or any other Object-Oriented Language.
• Experience of Selenium & WebServices or REST API testing or backend testing
• Ability to design and develop test automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience in CI/ CD setup preferably with Jenkin
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert in methodically developing use-cases-
• Expert at writing automation test cases using Selenium.
• Expert at testing the web application for both functionality and performance.
• Understands what world-class quality for SAAS Products 
• Expert at communicating the QA results with the engineering teams
• Expert at increasing visibility for blocker/critical issues.

∙ Responsible to promote IT Product and Services in to the National/ International Market through lead Generation.

∙ To identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold-calling, focused email campaigns, presentations, etc.

∙ Manage entire Sales life-cycle including cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure.

Job Description:

1. Design, implement and deliver custom solutions using the existing robotics framework.
2. Debug issues, do root-cause analysis and apply fixes.
3. Design and implement tools to facilitate application development and testing.
4. Participate in architectural improvements.
5. Work with team members in deployment and field testing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree / Masters in Engineering (ECE or CSE preferred)
2. Work experience of 10+ years in software programming.
3. Proficiency in Python programming for Linux based systems.
4. Full understanding of software engineering.
5. Basic Knowledge of Robot Operating System(ROS) is a plus.
6. Good understanding of the algorithms and control loops.
7. Working knowledge of Git: creating, merging branches, cherry-picking commits, examining the diff between two hashes. Advanced Git usage is a plus.
8. Knowledge of video streaming from edge devices is a plus.
9. Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to own the project’s tasks end-to-end with minimum hand-holding
10. Learn and adapt new technologies & skills. Work on projects independently with timely delivery & defect free approach.

• Coordinating all communication and discussions with Technology partners, Semiconductor partner, Vendors, and other 3rd party companies
• Coordinating technology evaluation by various teams Software, Hardware, Quality Assurance, Product Managers and Management team
• Performing market research, exploring ideas by working closely with various departments, and coming up with new innovative features and architectures

• BE, BTech, ME, MTech– E&C/CS
• Experience of 6-8 years
• Potential to grasp new technologies
• Experience in Consumer-lifestyle companies
• Good understanding of any of the product categories including Hearables (TWS, Neckbank, Headphones), Wearable (Band, Smartwatches), Alexa Speakers/Voice Assistant, Soundbars, and any other consumer electronics products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of duty and initiative    

• To appoint Block Sales Manager in their respective Districts.
• To manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• To supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• To identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• To work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• To assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• To conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• To contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• To stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• To maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• To build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
