Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong Business Analysis (BA) and documentation skills, along with a high-level understanding of web and mobile technologies. This role requires close collaboration with presales, business, and technical teams to gather requirements, create structured documentation, and design effective UI/UX solutions for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

·   Lead and support requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders

·   Analyze business requirements and convert them into clear functional and design documentation

·   Create and maintain requirement documents, user flows, wireframes, and design specifications

·   Design intuitive and engaging UI/UX solutions using Figma for web and mobile platforms

·   Prepare presales design artifacts, including mockups, prototypes, and concept designs

·   Collaborate with developers, project managers, and presales teams to ensure alignment and feasibility

·   Identify design challenges and propose creative, solution-oriented approaches

·   Present design concepts and requirement documents to clients and stakeholders

·   Maintain design standards, UI consistency, and documentation best practices

Job Description: ServiceNow GRC/ IRM

Requirement:

• Design and Implementation: Develop, configure, and implement modules within the ServiceNow IRM application to support risk management processes, including Risk Management, Policy Management, Compliance Management, and Audit Management.
• Customization and Integration: Customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements, including the creation of forms, workflows, and reports. Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and platforms to enhance risk visibility and reporting.
• Scripting and Development: Utilize JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and other programming tools to develop functionalities, including business rules, client scripts, and orchestrations.
• Process Improvement: Analyse current risk management processes and recommend solutions for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to users of the IRM module, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to promote best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of solutions prior to implementation, ensuring reliability and performance, and assist in validating changes with user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications

Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST,

ISO 27001).

Certifications – CIS IRM/GRC Certified

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working on ServiceNow GRC or IRM Module as a

developer

Good Now Platform knowledge

Ability to understand the pain points related to Risk, Policy and Audit Management along

with Third Party Risk Management to provide solutions in ServiceNow

Mainline Certifications optional : CIS – Risk & Compliance and

CIS - Third Party Risk Management

Work with Executives to identify Client needs

- - Interaction with Sales Team to engage in pre-sales and post-sales activities

- Must be excellent in verbal and written communication

- Must be detail oriented in work and focused on results

- Ensure to take appropriate steps to resolve customer's problems

Responsibilities: 

·  Exposure to US/International Client (Preferred) Prior Experience in IT Projects Handling / Project Coordinator / Project Manager roles. 

·  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills able to generate interest and engage the client during calls and on emails. 

·  Manage projects, and establish productive, professional and profitable relationships with key personnel and clients in assigned projects. 

·  Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including support, service, technology and manage resources, to ensure seamless functioning of the client accounts. 

·  Responsible for client receivables; planning and execution of monthly retention. 

·  Candidates with IT  Project Management, Wordpress, PHP & Technical Skills Preferred.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual to lead our Apps Marketplace effort:

• Build a team and drive the effort of building and maintaining strategic apps (ones which need to be inhouse) such as cloud telephony integration, SMS, email integration and Google/Facebook ads.
• Work with our platform group to ensure the apps marketplace framework is partner ready, and it is easy to add new apps

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate would have experience of designing, building, testing and releasing several cloud-based business applications, end-to-end.  Experience of leading small teams, strong sense of ownership, working collaboratively with different teams and expertise in setting up strong engineering process are critical.  Other requirements include:

• 6+ full-stack experience in building cloud-based web applications using any of .NET/Java/Python/PHP/Node.js. Some experience in C# and ASP.NET important
