Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Executive who’s ready to hustle, own their pipeline, and grow with us. You’ll drive B2B client acquisition, nurture leads, and unlock new opportunities across our growing verticals.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential clients (startups, enterprises, etc.) in need of recruitment solutions
- Build and manage a sales pipeline – from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct product/service pitches over email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track metrics to hit targets
- Represent PinnacleU in a professional, persuasive, and consultative manner
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development (HR services background is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (spoken + written)
- Go-getter attitude with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work US hours (5 PM–2 AM IST)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in sales.
- Take ownership of functional and sustainable business growth of 'The Dollar Business' brand.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote our services.
- Be responsible for building and managing a sales force and distribution network capable of marketing and selling Vimbri Media's full product line in his / her territory.
- Coordination and follow ups for sales activities.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals and provide pricing details.
- Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies/clients who are not already on the database
- Doing cold calling and fixing up the appointments. Follow-up for collection (Payments) Achievement for assigned target.
- Update daily reports to Manager
- Performance will be reviewed on weekly basis by the manager.
- Achieving sales volume/business targets (No. of New Entities).
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, and following up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team
- Direct email marketing/cold calling to key clients and prospects
- Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
- Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives

- 6+ years of experience in software development within Linux environment; with a strong focus on development using JAVA, Javascript, C and BASH shell & Python scripting.
- Experienced in structured and agile development methodologies.
- Experienced in load testing and benchmarking tools such as JMeter, Loadrunner, etc.
- Experienced in Linux-based database technology and versed with stored procedures.
- Experienced in web services developments using XML, SOAP, JSON.
- Knowledge of application security setup using common security standards like SSL, TLS, secured ciphers, etc.
- Experienced with software versioning control using GIT.
Soft Skills:

- The Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC) Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front- end, back- end, and database development.
- Develop web sites, applications and rich multi- media experiences according to the brief and technical specifications.
- Must have experience and knowledge in Laravel/CodeIgniter (HMVC)/Symphony Framework.
