Candidate must have 6+ years of backend engineering experience, with 1–2 years leading engineers or owning major systems.

Candidate must be from a product-based organization with a startup mindset.

Must be strong in one core backend language: Node.js, Go, Java, or Python.

Deep understanding of distributed systems, caching, high availability, and microservices architecture.

Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong command over system design, data structures, performance tuning, and scalable architecture

Ability to partner with Product, Data, Infrastructure, and lead end-to-end backend roadmap execution.

Senior Software Engineer Full stack/ Java track/ UI/ Android

Skills required: -

• Good design skills and exposure to multiple software architectures. -

• Strong understanding of OO/ knowledge of frameworks such as Spring/ Spring Boot/ design and good software development practices. -

About the job

• Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs using Java or similar backend language and Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks
• Integrate backend services with existing custom ERP systems 
• Work closely with the founder on product architecture, feature prioritization, and go-to-market feedback

• Expert understanding of the object-oriented design and programming concepts
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational database/datastores/caches best practices and challenges
• Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well
• Proficient in Git and familiarity with continuous integration
• A team player who values collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
