About the Role

We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer who can own features end to end, from UI to APIs to data models.

This is not a “ticket executor” role. You’ll work directly with product, AI, and founders to shape how users interact with intelligent financial systems.

What You Will Do

• Build and ship frontend features using React, Next.js, and React Native
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and/or Golang
• Own end-to-end product flows like onboarding, dashboards, insights, and AI conversations
• Integrate frontend with backend and AI services (LLMs, tools, data pipelines)
• Design and maintain PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations
• Ensure performance, reliability, and clean architecture across the stack
• Collaborate closely with product, AI, and design to ship fast and iterate
• Debug production issues and continuously improve UX and system quality

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3+ years of professional full stack engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and React Native
• Backend experience with Python and/or Golang in production
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, APIs, and system design
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend patterns
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment
• Product-minded engineer who thinks in terms of user outcomes, not just code
• B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with fintech, dashboards, or data-heavy products
• Exposure to AI-powered interfaces, chat systems, or real-time data
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
• Experience handling sensitive or regulated data

 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend)
• Work with and integrate third-party APIs
• Implement and maintain authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID, and Okta
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, global environment

• Participate in planning, status updates, and team meetings across multiple time zones

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java backend development
• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development
• Experience working with third-party APIs
• Solid understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (SAML, OAuth, OpenID, Okta)
• Experience with cloud-based version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket
• Understanding of browser technologies and limitations
• Familiarity with AWS services, primarily EC2 and S3
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as New Relic and Grafana

Secondary / Nice-to-Have Skills

• CRM development experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Exposure to modern data and analytics patterns, including AI and Machine Learning use cases
• Experience with Apache Solr
• Understanding of Apache Tomcat configuration and deployment of web applications

This role requires overlap with multiple time zones for planning meetings, status updates etc. on a regular basis. The duration of these overlaps can change depending on the type of meeting. • Develop and maintain user interface components and front-end functionality for web applications using React.js.

• Implement mobile-specific features and functionalities (e.g., push notifications, location services, camera access) as needed.
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of both web and mobile applications.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility for web applications and platform consistency for mobile applications.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code for both React and React Native projects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles (JSX, components, props, state, hooks).
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) in both web and mobile contexts.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming for both web and mobile data integration.
• Experience with front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Git) and mobile development tools and workflows (e.g., Expo, Fastlane, Git).
• Understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile UI/UX best practices.
• Knowledge of native mobile development concepts (iOS and Android) and the ability to bridge native modules when necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills across both web and mobile platforms.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or business applications is a plus.
• Experience with testing frameworks for both web (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library) and mobile (e.g., Jest, React Native Testing Library) is a plus.

• Developer with 3-5 years of well-proven experience in Web UI & middleware REST API development using NodeJS and ReactJS
• Must be well versed with using anonymous functions, Prototypes, Call-back functions, promises in Node JS
• Experience in ReactJS component lifecycle and Redux
• Must be able to create and consume data from REST services.
• Experience in Babel and Webpack
• Must be familiar with Github and GitLab
• Must have strong experience in MYSQL, Postgres relational databases and MongoDB.
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, LESS is an added advantage
• Experience in GCP, Azure, AWS cloud technologies is an added advantage
• Familiarity with continuous integration
