The MyRico agents sit at the intersection of enterprise memory, high-end security, and an ever-expanding set of capabilities. We're a small team shipping fast, and the product is live with real customers today.

The role

Full-time · Bangalore

You'll own the systems that make an autonomous agent trustworthy in production. This is not just prompt engineering, and it's not model training - it's that and all the engineering layers in between: model steering, memory architecture, orchestration design, latency optimization, deterministic vs non-deterministic systems tradeoff, deployment, and operator tooling.

Concretely, the kind of work you'd have done here last week would include enhancing agent memory systems, runtime and scheduling reliability and predictability, adding new capability and tools to deployed agents, operator tools, live system debugging and benchmarking various models for price, latency and quality. And that is just last week. We are a small nimble startup rapidly working to address customer needs in this growing space, so things change rapidly.

What we're looking for

• More than 7 years of software engineering, with real production ownership of distributed or stateful systems - you've been paged for something you built and made it not happen again.
• Strong understanding of LLM based native app building, combining classic and model driven applications to get the best of both. You've built on LLMs beyond demos: agent frameworks, tool use, context management, eval fixtures, and you know why "it worked in the transcript" isn't evidence.
• Python and shell in production settings; comfortable in TypeScript/Node. You write boring, testable code and prefer the standard library to a new dependency.
• Systems taste: append-only logs, idempotent reconciliation, fold-the-events state machines, and read-only debugging surfaces feel like home.
• Evidence discipline: tests before features, claims backed by quoted observations, decisions written down.

Nice to have

• Experience running the combination of multi-tenant and single-tenant / on-prem-style fleets with ability to handle per-customer isolation, upgrade paths, migration compatibility in both setups.
• Security instincts for products that touch highly sensitive data and systems, including things like executives' email, calendars, and messages: least privilege, loopback-only services, secrets that never hit a log.
• You already orchestrate AI coding agents in your own workflow and have opinions about where they break.

How we work

Small team, high trust, written decisions. Designs get adversarial review before code; PRs get automated review driven to zero open findings; features aren't done until verified on a live system. AI agents do a large share of the implementation, your leverage is judgment: framing the problem, freezing the right design, and knowing when the machine is wrong.

Job Description - Architect :

Role:

• Understand complex business problems and implement product features that are secure, scalable, robust, and easy to implement and maintain.
• Take full ownership of product features to implement, provide bug fixes and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at cloud scale.
• Plan and identify solutions and risks proactively
• Own delivery of assigned work in terms of committed date, scope, and quality
• Remain at the cutting edge of technology trends and use them to solve emerging problems
• Identifying and leading technical initiatives independently towards planned outcomes

Job Requirement:          

• Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (http://asp.net/">ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
• Good knowledge of Client-side scripting – JavaScript and JQuery, Kendo.
• Knowledge of design patterns is required
• Ability to negotiate technical requirements with global customers
• Ability to communicate with technical experts as well as functional teams
• Demonstrated experience with non-functional requirements like performance, scalability, and security
• Demonstrate Subject Matter Expertise and ownership in the assigned technical area
• Demonstrate experience in mentoring technical teams
• Ability to own solutions for design and architecture
• Experience in Product Engineering is desirable.
• Experience in enterprise software development is desirable

We are looking for a hands-on technical expert who has worked with multiple technology stacks and has experience architecting and building scalable cloud solutions with web and mobile frontends.

What Makes You A Great Fit?

• 5+ years of software experience 
• Experience with architecture of technology systems having hands-on expertise in backend, and web or mobile frontend
• Solid expertise and hands-on experience in Python with Flask or Django
• Expertise on one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google App Engine)
• Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Redis)
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
• Chatbot, Machine Learning, Data Science/Big Data experience will be a plus
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Head of Technology

He/She should be a ‘most technical business person’ and his/her goal is to build a great company, not only a technology which just sounds cool. Let’s make it simpler - the primary job of the Tech. head is to make sure the company's technology strategy serves its business strategy. We strongly believe along with technology understanding every Technology Head needs great understating of the business itself.

Role Overview:

Get “Tech” in order: Help answer fundamentals of technology blocks to be used, choice of certain platform/tech over other, helping team visualize product with the available resources and assets

Innovation through Research and continuous improvement. Head of technology is one strategic personnel who provides critical and factual inputs for IP Creation.

Connecting Business Requirements with activity: Given that, Head of technology is an executive Tech leader, it’s easy for him to understand the business opportunities which Tech Product could create. He/She bring the perspective of tech as a differentiator. He/She should understand the “Market Needs” language talked by his other executive colleagues.

Methodology: With time, help build progressive learning culture and establish predictable model of envisioning, designing and developing products/ platforms and services.

Architecture Practices: Making sure that best practices are defined and followed by team is very important. he/she may have to garbage guy and clean the code time to time. Making reviews on Code Quality is an important activity that he/she should follow. For example, you build an amazing product but during deployment and testing stage performance is hit, or a bug fixes are taking more time than actual building a feature etc. need to be avoided.

Help build, manage, and validate a Tech Roadmap for its Products. As validation of idea happen with acquisition of users and customers, product / platform / service may undergo transformation on required features set and Market needs. A roadmap to achieve those “vanity goals” for the project, and be able to successfully tweak an approach with changing needs is expected from Head of technology.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan the project & Assign tasks & complete them within the agreed timelines with client
• Use PMP tools to manage projects
• Attend client meetings and take briefings
  Help Business teams to innovate and keep them updated with new technologies
• Documentation as per the process – BRS, SRS, HLD & LLD
• Manage a team; set processes in place to facilitate everyday operations seamlessly
• If required, code.

 What you will need: 

• PHP/MySQL, Angular JavaScript, jQuery, Memcached
• Experience: Minimum 10+ year is required (PHP/MySQL)
• Good Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks (CodeIgniter / Zend/Laravel).
• Solid Knowledge of OOPS.
• Solid experience with MySQL - writing and optimizing SQL for high performance systems with large Database
• Extensively worked on Mobile platforms.
• Must have Experience on either of Social API like Facebook, Twitter, Gmail
• Good knowledge of GIT, SVN

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features spanning across systems in a manner that satisfies requirements of performance, scale, security and robustness
• Contribute to improvement of technology and execution processes in the company
• Collaborate in setting technology standards with technology leaders across the company
• Serve as a knowledge center on current and emerging technologies, and help train others when required
• Foster a strong technical culture by mentoring other engineers
• Keep up to date with the latest technologies, evaluate new tools

Relevant Experience and Qualifications 

• Demonstrated expertise in system-level design of large scale distributed systems on the Java stack, and experience with web services and service oriented architectures
• Solid experience with Spring (Core/Boot/Security/MVC/Data)
• Have 8 - 12  years of professional experience in software development.
• Extensive experience with modern open source systems including relational / non relational data stores and bigdata processing
• Experience with AWS stack, at least the common datastores and services 
• Experience with containerization technologies and concepts including Docker
• Basic knowledge about security concepts and secure coding
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Experience leading projects developed across continents.

Great to have Experience and Qualifications 

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts, and some hands-on experience implementing machine learnt models
• Experience with infrastructure design for cloud based apps, especially AWS.
• Past experience with information and data security standards (PCI-DSS, ISO27000) very nice to have.
