The Role
We are searching for a highly experienced and driven Technical Team Lead to take complete end-to-end ownership of our technology stack. You will be the driving force behind the technical strategy and execution for MyZia and other core ventures. We need a challenge taker, a goal achiever, and a true partner who deeply aligns with our vision of building scalable, high-performance tech products.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Technical Leadership: Take complete ownership of the tech aspects of MyZia and emerging Web5 products, from high-level architecture to ground-level deployment.
- System Optimization & Scalability: Architect and maintain scalable systems capable of handling high transaction volumes, rigorous concurrent API hits, and massive data processing without performance bottlenecks.
- Full-Stack Excellence: Lead by example with hands-on full-stack development, conducting thorough code reviews, and maintaining the highest standards of code quality and security.
- Team Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team. Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and accountability.
- Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the founders to align technical execution with business goals. Translate the overarching vision into an actionable technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Extensive background in full-stack development with a strong track record of serving as a Team Lead, Senior Architect, or Lead Developer in a SaaS or product-based environment.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in modern tech stacks, cloud infrastructure, and database optimization. Proven ability to handle scalable systems with extreme transactional rates and API dependencies.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI and Blockchain ecosystems. Familiarity with AI-driven development paradigms (like vibe coding) and implementing it right is highly advantageous.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues in real-time.
- Mindset: A relentless "challenge taker and goal achiever" mentality. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and treat the product as your own.

Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent streams from Top Tier Institutes.
- 3 – 7 years of experience in designing and developing highly scalable, high performance and fault tolerant mobile application products with infrastructure hosted on Cloud
- Proficiency in developing ReSTful APIs, flutter, mobile libraries, Android OS, App Development language (PHP/Kotlin/Java/JavaScript or equivalent)
- Knowledge of Cloud Services, Containers, Databases, disaster recovery, and message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ) is highly preferable.
- Experience with DevOps and delivering into cloud-based environments using standard CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker, SonarQube) and best practices
- Good proficiency in SQL
- Good understanding of database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.
- Sound debugging skills with the ability to identify performance bottlenecks and drive optimization efforts
Good to have:
- Strong experience working with multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/AZURE), Docker, and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Terraform
- Good understanding of observatory tools and logging
- Enthusiasm for open-source contribution
- Previous experience working in an environment with microservices
- Knowledge of IT security
- Experience in distributed and big data technologies

About this Role
As we scale and build our organisation, we would like to add an individual to our core Technical Leadership who can scale our key products and projects and help us build and foster relationships with Enterprise clients.
We are looking for an experienced Technology Leader to join our fast growing organisation to help us with driving Technical Strategy, Approach and oversee the Implementation for internal and external products. You should be someone who loves Engineering, have amazing debugging skills and slay problems with technology.
In this role, you will undertake Technical / Solution Architecture and should also be able to help team with Engineering and coding wherever required. That includes, working along with the team, writing code, doing R&D or POCs, ensuring we follow modern industry standards and building beautiful high performing Software and Applications and thus delivering a better solution and product. You will also help FP build strong relationships with clients and technical leadership on the client side.
You would be required to have a minimum of 10+ years of experience with a mix of Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cyber - Network Security, Enterprise Application Maintenance, Database Management along with Project, Client and People Management skills which are necessary to lead the team and be their voice. You should be a leader and not just a manager who loves delegating things to the off-shore team, but rather someone who would not hesitate to take over Git-Pull and start writing code and show ‘here is how it’s done’ and amaze everyone with your expertise! :-)
Because this is a Senior role, you would also be involved working with the Product/Project Manager and will be responsible for the delivery and output.
Tech Stack [High-Level]: We are JavaScript focused i.e. we work in ReactJS, NodeJS, AngularJS, TypeForm, TypeScript, Redis. On the server side, we work with AWS/GCP/DO. Database: MySQL, PostgreS and MongoDb. API: REST and GraphQL API. We also have a strong DevOps stack - including Kubernetes(K8), Dockers and CI/CD automation.
