Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Instructor specializing in Electronics at KGiSL Educational Institutions, located in Coimbatore. The Lab Instructor will be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in experiments, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and assisting in overall laboratory operations. The role also involves supporting faculty in curriculum-related lab exercises to enhance student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills relevant to electronics, including equipment setup and maintenance.

Strong Teaching and Education skills to support and guide students during lab sessions.

Experience in Curriculum Development to effectively align laboratory activities with academic requirements.

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students and faculty.

A diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in an academic or professional electronics laboratory setting is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery

Lead interactive sessions on strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills. Provide one-on-one coaching to help learners strengthen specific skills like strategic thinking, communication & leadership skills.

2. Research & Collaborate

Tailor training content to fit individual learner needs and goals. Stay updated with industry trends to continuously improve our programs.

3. Assessment & Feedback

Track learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback. Report on performance and suggest further training if needed.

4. Support & Guidance

Act as a mentor, providing support and encouragement to learners. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters positive learning experiences.

5. Professional Development

Keep up with the latest trends in soft skills training and development techniques. Share knowledge and best practices with the Kapable team.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & Curriculum: Designing and delivering engaging math lessons (algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics) aligned with curriculum standards.
• Assessment & Grading: Creating tests, quizzes, and assignments; grading work in a timely manner to measure student comprehension.
• Classroom Management: Maintaining a safe, productive, and structured learning environment.
• Support & Differentiation: Providing one-on-one or small group tutoring for struggling students, and modifying curriculum for diverse learning needs.
• Technology Integration: Using digital tools, smartboards, and software to enhance mathematical learning.
• Communication: Meeting with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and participating in staff meetings.

IELTS trainers- the candidate should have the following skills/ qualities:

· experience of at least 3 - 6 months (preferably)

Responsibilities and Duties of Trainer
· Handling class.
· Teaching IELTS modules.
· Taking up Spoken English classes.
· Following a set teaching system defined by the organisation.

Process of Onboarding:

●      In order to form a smooth onboarding process, we have a set of requirements to be fulfilled. They are as follows:

○      A couple of sample videos of 7 to 10 minutes for evaluation

○      A complete course outline with all the respective activities for the course module

●      Once we pass this stage, we can sign an MoU to start working

●      As GUVI don’t pay by advance or by milestones, we have an MoU in place for this case.
