Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lab Instructor specializing in Electronics at KGiSL Educational Institutions, located in Coimbatore. The Lab Instructor will be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting practical sessions, guiding students in experiments, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and assisting in overall laboratory operations. The role also involves supporting faculty in curriculum-related lab exercises to enhance student learning outcomes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Laboratory Skills relevant to electronics, including equipment setup and maintenance.

Strong Teaching and Education skills to support and guide students during lab sessions.

Experience in Curriculum Development to effectively align laboratory activities with academic requirements.

Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students and faculty.

A diploma, bachelor's degree, or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Hands-on experience in an academic or professional electronics laboratory setting is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Create and implement lesson plans focusing on Hindi language, literature, grammar, and vocabulary.

Instruction: Conduct classes, using creative and interactive methods like role-playing, debates, and quizzes to improve fluency.

Assessment: Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and regular quizzes.

Classroom Management: Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for diverse learning styles.

Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavioral, academic concerns.

Extracurricular Activities: Organize and participate in school events, such as Hindi literary activities, elocution, or competition

Soft Skills Trainer — Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and identify areas for development.
• Design and develop interactive training materials (presentations, handouts, self-assessments).
• Deliver engaging workshops and training sessions (in-person or virtual).
• Provide one-on-one coaching and constructive feedback.
• Track trainee progress and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and adapt training accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in fields like Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in training delivery or facilitation.
• Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills—empathy, active listening, and motivational coaching.
• Organizational strength: adept at planning, time management, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with instructional design or training methodologies is a plus.
• Tech-savviness, including comfort with presentation tools and learning platforms.

IELTS trainers- the candidate should have the following skills/ qualities:
· willing to work full time
· very good command of English language
· able to handle a big class maturely
· smart, active, dedicated and hardworking
· consistent performer
· experience of at least 3 - 6 months (preferably)

Responsibilities and Duties of Trainer
· Handling class.
· Teaching IELTS modules.
· Taking up Spoken English classes.
· Following a set teaching system defined by the organisation.
