Role Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate CRM Executive (Voice Process) to handle customer service queries and deliver high-quality support over voice calls. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a voice-based customer support role and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM tools regularly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily service metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service (Voice Process) role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and with weekly offs.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and systems is a plus.

•      Collaborate with product teams to more accurately define new features

•      Collaborate with UX in the building of a design system/component library

•      Ensure high performance of all systems developed

•      Aware of the relationship between development and business with a strong sense of ownership

•      Employ the latest techniques such as agile software development

•      Good knowledge of highly scalable server-side development

•      Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux

Job Brief

•      JavaScript and Typescript expertise with Angular Framework

.    Must have Monorepo experience with Nx from initial setup to CI/CD and maintenance.

• 9+ years’ experience as data engineer.
• Must have 4+ Years in implementing data engineering solutions with Databricks.
• This is hands on role building data pipelines using Databricks. Hands-on technical experience with Apache Spark.
• Must have deep expertise in one of the programming languages for data processes (Python, Scala). Experience with Python, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive and/or Spark to write data pipelines and data processing layers
• Must have worked with relational databases like Snowflake. Good SQL experience for writing complex SQL transformation.

We are looking for LAMP-Stack developers. Someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must have:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the "big picture" view
• Proven experience of working on/with Composer,  PHP7, CodeIgniter, MySQL.
• Experience with creating and consuming APIs.
• Knowledge of wordpress, Python, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Cloudflare would be a HUGE PLUS.
• Any other experience with languages like NODE will be appreciated (but must NOT be your primary skill)

The Job responsibilities would include:
