Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a client-facing self-service portal using ServiceNow.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with ServiceNow.
- Experience developing client-facing self-service portals within ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI design, workflows, and automation.
- Experience with Okta authentication and identity management, including SSO, MFA, SCIM provisioning, and API integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Experience with database management and querying (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or ServiceNow tables).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :
- Ensuring monthly book closure, revenue recognition & accrual of proper costs in all categories to be in line with the internal guidelines and the statutory requirements
