Redlio Designs is looking for a creative and talented UI/UX Designer with 1 year of experience to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to define and understand user needs and requirements.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous design improvements.
• Work with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented correctly.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Implementing Environment solutions for projects in a dynamic corporate environment
• Communicating and collaborating with project and technical teams on Environment requirements, delivery and support
• Delivering and Maintaining Environment Management Plans, Bookings, Access Details and Schedules for Projects

• You are involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, break them down into smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions.
• You are responsible for defining, analysing and communicating key metrics and business trends to the management teams. Prepare and deliver business reviews to the management team regarding progress and roadblocks
• Your role involves partnering with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions and data infrastructure improvements to meet business needs. Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.

What you'll do
