Technical Lead - .NET CORE

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fullstack development, with a strong proficiency in React and Node.js. As a Fullstack Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create requirement documents and architecture design based on inputs from customer team
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient fullstack applications using React and Node.js.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by following industry best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fullstack developers.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to manage CICD, and implement monitoring of the application to minimize downtimes

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end development, including RESTful API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Previous experience as a lead developer or in a similar leadership role.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Angular 2+, Node Js, Mongo DB and Microsoft Azure

• Strong experience in performance tuning of complex Mongo DB queries

• Experience in the contact center industry preferred
• Experience in using Git/Bitbucket or any version control tools
• Graduate in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field preferred

Java Springboot Developer

• Java Springboot - Support end-end management of the APIs over its entire lifecycle
• Work with various application teams to understand their business needs and requirements for the API implementation
• Ensure API documentation is created and remains up to date
• Ensure code and design quality with appropriate logging, monitoring, tracing, and security standards in place
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the API platform, API accessibility and API deployments
• Perform root cause analysis for Production issues and come up with solutions that will prevent them from happening in the future
• Governance, Event Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, and caching strategies and frameworks.
• Participate and contribute in grooming technical user stories impacting integration

Who You Are

To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Webservices/Spring)
• At least 3-5 years of hands on experience with design, development and implementation of Spring Boot, Microservices
• Experience in Deploying Microservices (spring-boot, node's)
• Good understanding of security protocols (e.g. OAuth, SAML)
• Excellent analytical, oral, written communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with global delivery technical teams.
