· Good end to end SDLC project delivery experience.
· Strong development experience using Microsoft 365 SharePoint (preferred but not limited) Online/On premises and Power platforms.
· Able to create features, process documents, use cases, use stories, technical specifications, and mapping documents required on the project.
· Strong experience in design and development of SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts, libraries, and extensions.
· Able to create features, process documents, use cases, use stories, technical specifications, and mapping documents required on the project.
· SharePoint migration and customization experience using jQuery.
· Good knowledge on Power Apps, Power Automate, Canvas, Model driven and Dataverse.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft and other 3rd party products (e.g., Azure, Jira, Outlook etc.) integration.

Call Reception and Ticket Logging: Responsible for:
- Ensuring calls are answered professionally
- Ensuring that the relevant information is collected from a customer
