Job Description
We are seeking customer-oriented and proactive Customer Support Executives for both voice and non-voice processes. This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or a South Indian language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and non-voice queries (emails/chats) professionally and efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate support, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate fluently in English and Hindi or a South Indian language to cater to a diverse customer base.
- Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Adhere to company policies, attendance, and quality standards while working in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support (voice, email, counselling, or similar roles).
- Skills: Strong customer support skills, both verbal (voice) and written (email/chat/counselling).
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi or a South Indian language.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day rotational off.
- Experience building large scale, large volume services & distributed apps., taking them through production and post-production life cycles
- Experience in Programming Language: Java 8, Javascript
- Experience in Microservice Development or Architecture
- Experience with Web Application Frameworks: Spring or Springboot or Micronaut
- Designing: High Level/Low-Level Design
- Development Experience: Agile/ Scrum, TDD(Test Driven Development)or BDD (Behaviour Driven Development) Plus Unit Testing
- Infrastructure Experience: DevOps, CI/CD Pipeline, Docker/ Kubernetes/Jenkins, and Cloud platforms like – AWS, AZURE, GCP, etc
- Experience on one or more Database: RDBMS or NoSQL
- Experience on one or more Messaging platforms: JMS/RabbitMQ/Kafka/Tibco/Camel

Supports recruiting processes, engaging with the recruitment team, conducting interviews and
assessing candidates' design skills and capabilities.

Skilled at generating new visual design solutions off the back existing patterns and standards.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements in alignment with WCAG standards
Experienced in stakeholder management and cultivating relationships with business and
development peers.
Experienced in responsive design, enabling omni-channel experience of end-user products
Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to collaborate with developers and product
leads to balance the needs of the end users against technology and time-to-market constraints
Responsibilities:
- Write user-focused content that explains how to use different product features.
- Develop engaging technical content for developer wikis, user guides, integration guides, and how-tos.
- Fine-tune and prepare content to appeal to non-technical end-users, programmers, system administrators, designers, and analysts.
- Develop and oversee illustrative material, flowcharts, examples, and tutorials that show how to use software features on the company platform.
- Actively participate in developing scalable documentation strategy, policy, and guidelines.
- Analyze documents to enhance the accuracy, completeness, and relevance of content and maintain continuity of style.
Requirements
- Experience as a technical writer, editor, or content strategist, with a focus on software and workflow applications.
- Adept in creating bovr-to guides, user guides, and wikis with extraordinary presentation skills. Transform complex concepts into clear, concise, and meaningful topics - simplicity is the key.

Be able to work independently in the basic administration of Sage500, SAP FICO, Exact Globe,
IBM Planning and Analytics and IBM Cognos Controller. Experience in any of those is not required
but capability and willing to learn quickly. Knowledge of any of those would be an advantage
though.
Responsible for managing service requests according to SLA, in terms of security management,
CoA maintenance and configuration changes. Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues

Skills Requirements:
At least 4 year of experience in any financial system administration
Or 3years of experience as financial system superuser.
Basic knowledge of financial process and accounting is mandatory
Strong Ms Excel knowledge with being able to analyze financial data
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with development (ideally, but not limited to VBA, M, etc) would be an advantage
Detail orientation is an advantage
Ability to work under time pressure
High level of communication skills, be able to work in international environment
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is
preferable with combination of basic accounting knowledge/experience. Degree in Finance,
Accounting or similar is acceptable with combination of systems administrations experience.
Any Technical Graduate related to Computer / IT. BCA / MCA, BSC IT / MSC IT, BE / B. Tech, 3 year Computer Diploma / DCA after 12th , Computer science Grads / PG, Bachelor in Computer management, PGD ISM. GNIIT etc. / CCNA certified.
Non-Technical Graduates / mechanical / electrical / civil engineers are not eligible.
Skill set
Minimum 6 months from in a networking troubleshooting process.
Certification on networking concepts will be preferred / desired but not mandate.
Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies.
Basics understanding of Hardware and Software.
Should possess good English verbal skills
Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
Typing 25 WPM and 80% accuracy.
