Role Overview 

To act as a critical partner to our General Manager and Head of Sales we are looking for a bright mind with either sales consulting, consulting or investment banking background to work alongside him on the following priorities in order of them being listed: 

Develop and Optimize Sales Processes

• Design sales workflows for new markets, including requirement analysis, proposal preparation, deployment planning, and demos in coordination with the product and customer success teams.
• Drive enterprise sales processes for $100K+ deal sizes, covering user requirements, security, and implementation discussions.

Strategic Product Roadmap

• Collaborate with the product team to align the roadmap with the go-to-market strategy.

Sales Process Enforcement

• Automate and optimize CRM usage, lead qualification, contracting, and sequence workflows.

Sales Training

• Develop and implement comprehensive training for sales teams.

Strategic Initiatives

• Support strategic projects, including funding, M&A, and organizational changes. 
• Create and present high-level content for internal team discussions and external publications.

Talent Acquisition

• Recruit the next generation of sales talent to grow the team.

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years in Tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or leading enterprise SaaS organizations (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft).
• OR similar experience in a scale-up or post-Series A startup environment.
• Skillset:
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Quick thinking, highly logical, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.

About Training- Training will be provided for initial few days for an employee to understand end

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or more than 2 years of experience in business intelligence projects
• Experience in programming with Oracle tools and in writing SQL Server/Oracle/SQL Stored Procedures and functions.
• Experience in a BI environment.
• Broad understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Applications and database structure of the HCM application module.
• Exposure to Oracle BI, Automation, JIRA and ETL will be added advantage.
