About the Role

Miror is looking for a dynamic, highly visible, and purpose-driven Nutritionist who can combine evidence-based nutrition, functional medicine principles, women's health expertise, community engagement, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be able to build a personal brand while contributing to Miror's mission of holistic health and preventive wellness.

This role is inspired by the modern integrative nutrition model where nutrition extends beyond calorie counting and focuses on root-cause healing, gut health, hormones, lifestyle medicine, emotional well-being, and sustainable behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

1.     Clinical Consultations

2.     Conduct one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle consultations.

3.     Design personalized nutrition and wellness plans.

4.     Support clients with:

a.     Weight management

e.     Thyroid disorders

i.       Preventive healthcare

m.   Assess lifestyle, sleep, stress, emotional health, movement, and dietary patterns.

5.     Work collaboratively with doctors, psychologists, coaches, and wellness experts.

6.     Recommend evidence-based nutrition interventions and supplementation where appropriate.

7.     Community Building

8.     Conduct monthly webinars and workshops.

9.     Lead health challenges and community engagement programs.

10.  Host Q&A sessions and group coaching programs.

11.  Build strong relationships with Miror members and clients.

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics.

·       Certification in Functional Medicine, Integrative Nutrition, Lifestyle Medicine, or Health Coaching preferred.

·       Minimum 10 years of consulting experience.

Strong understanding of:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.

What will I be doing?

• A professional Database Administrator (DBA) will be responsible for the architecture, performance, integrity, and security of a database.
• Design and build highly available microsoft MySQL and SQL solutions, making use of log shipping, mirroring and always on technologies
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Prepare documentation and specifications
• Handle common database procedures such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
• Design, create and implement database systems based on the end user's requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the engineering and production support teams to create forward-looking service improvement plans and roadmaps.
• Installation, configuration and upgrading of application software and related products

 What Skill do I need ?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 Create and develop PCB layouts based on electronic schematics with proper

component placement and routing to have minimal EMI.

 Ensuring the design meets all electrical and mechanical requirements, including size

constraints, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal considerations.

 Expertise in PCB and component Footprint (3D model) and Symbol creation also

monitor, review and drive the library deliverables.

 Individual Contributor and take Ownership for library, multi-layer (4 to 6 layers) PCB

Layout, BOM generation till Gerber release and pick & place data for production.

 He/She will be responsible for maintaining the 3D model of the designed PCB.

 He/She will be handling the queries related to gerber from PCB manufacturers.

 Need to be involved in CFT (mechanical, electrical & firmware) for design reviews.

 The designer must have hands on experience of Altium, Orcad, AutoCAD like CAD

softwares.

 Ensure that PCB designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and

certifications (e.g., IPC standards, RoHS, UL).

 Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in PCB design technologies, tools, and

methodologies to stay competitive and drive innovation.

 Understand and work with design files in various formats like Gerber, DXF, step, and

ODB++

 Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and electrical rule checks (ERC) to ensure the

PCB design complies with industry standards and design guidelines.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related

field.

 Proficiency in PCB design software and tools.

 Strong understanding of electronics, electrical engineering principles, and PCB

manufacturing processes.

 Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and
