Software Architect/CTO

Position: Frontend Engg (Angular)

Exp Level: 2-4 years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, debug and document new and existing components to ensure that our software meets business, quality and operational needs.

• Focus on scalability, speed, cross-browser compatibility, security, and availability of all applications and processes.

• Collaborate with peer organizations, devops, support organizations on technical issues and provide guidance.

• Work with a team to troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently.

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of professional software engineering experience in Angular

• Detail oriented and conscientious in implementing designs you have signed off on

• Self-motivator with strong communication skills

• Degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required

• Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular best practices.

• Thorough knowledge of Angular modules, components, services, routing, web pack, material, flex box.

• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Good to have - Experience with Agile methodologies

• Integrating front end UI with constructed APIs.

• Experience with NgRx and Rxjs for state management and reactive programming.

• Familiarity with tools like GitHub and Azure.

1. Client Handling:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.

● Understand client requirements and expectations to align recruitment solutions accordingly.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.

2. Scheduling:

● Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients, candidates, and interview panels efficiently.

● Manage calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure timely updates to all stakeholders.

● Use appropriate tools to streamline scheduling and improve the overall recruitment process.

3. Client Responding:

● Promptly address client inquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels.

● Provide timely updates regarding recruitment progress and candidate status.

● Ensure a smooth flow of communication between clients and the internal team.

4. Client Escalation Handling:

● Manage and resolve client escalations in a professional and timely manner.

● Investigate issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and provide actionable solutions.

● Escalate unresolved issues to senior management if necessary while ensuring client satisfaction.

5. Panel Coordination:

● Liaise with interview panels to ensure their availability for scheduled interviews.

● Share relevant candidate information and interview materials with the panel in advance.

● Provide support to the panel for any technical or logistical requirements during interviews.

6. Candidate Coordination:

● Communicate interview schedules, instructions, and expectations to candidates clearly.

● Assist candidates with any queries related to the interview process.

● Ensure candidates are well-prepared and follow up on post-interview updates.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing fine-tuned production ready data/ML pipelines in Hadoop platform.
• Driving optimization, testing and tooling to improve quality.
• Reviewing and approving high level & amp; detailed design to ensure that the solution delivers to the business needs and aligns to the data & analytics architecture principles and roadmap.
• Understanding business requirements and solution design to develop and implement solutions that adhere to big data architectural guidelines and address business requirements.
• Following proper SDLC (Code review, sprint process).
• Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, etc.
• Building robust and scalable data infrastructure (both batch processing and real-time) to support needs from internal and external users.
• Understanding various data security standards and using secure data security tools to apply and adhere to the required data controls for user access in the Hadoop platform.
• Supporting and contributing to development guidelines and standards for data ingestion.
• Working with a data scientist and business analytics team to assist in data ingestion and data related technical issues.
• Designing and documenting the development & deployment flow.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing rest API services using one of the Scala frameworks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex queries on the Spark platform
• Expert in building and optimizing ‘big data’ data/ML pipelines, architectures and data sets.
• Knowledge in modelling unstructured to structured data design.
• Experience in Big Data access and storage techniques.
• Experience in doing cost estimation based on the design and development.
• Excellent debugging skills for the technical stack mentioned above which even includes analyzing server logs and application logs.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and ability to propose best design solutions.
• Good time management and multitasking skills to work to deadlines by working independently and as a part of a team.

• Web application development experience in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (including new ES features), Python
• Hands-on experience in any one of the python-based backend frameworks like Django or Flask or Pyramid along with end to end testing
• Hands-on experience in building high performant React applications
• Hands-on experience working with Object Oriented JavaScript (OOJS), JavaScript libraries and their practical uses in building complex interactive experiences
• Hands-on experience working with TDD in JS with the help of frameworks like Mocha, Chai, Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library etc.
• In depth knowledge of SQL is a must. SQL Technologies that are desired are MySQL, PostGres, Oracle
• Experience in state management libraries like Redux and MobX
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Familiarity with various component libraries and design systems
• Proficient in using media queries and CSS frameworks like bootstrap or foundation for implementing responsive web design patterns in the applications
• Knowledge of common JavaScript design patterns
• Experience in owning Code Quality and Code Review processes
• Experience on Node.js is an advantage
• Work "in the trenches" with junior developers to implement large features that wow our clients
• Partner with Managers, Business Analysts, and test analysts to develop realistic implementation plans with a focus on quality, sustainability, and delivering value to our clients
• Stand up for coding best practices that ensure quality products: automated testing, unit testing, agile development, continuous integration, code reviews, and technical design
• Improve technical skills of self and the team
• Research industry trends and web technologies, and promote adoption of best-in-class web tools and technologies
• Understand client business issues and actively participate in designing solutions and features that meet client needs

• Your main role as an iOS developer is to build a frictionless end-user experience. A key part of achieving this is through applying your expertise while having a close collaboration with other Android & iOS and backend developers, as well as business stakeholders.
• Build features and maintain frontend services by implementing defined work issues.

• A minimum of 3 years of coding as an iOS Developer.
• In-depth experience with Swift and Xcode.
• Up to date with the latest Cocoa and iOS trends.
• Understanding of UI Kit, Core Animation, Interactions, GCD & Networking.
• Excellent understanding of design patterns & Object Oriented Programming.
• Understanding of analytics, remote reporting and measurements.
• Experience of working with Continuous Integration (CI) and Unit Testing on iOS.
• Experience with API’s and core data.
• Excellent debugging skills.
• Experience working with Git.
• Knowledge of socket based networking desirable.
• Understanding of the iOS ecosystem (APNs, Code signing, iTunes Connect, TestFlight).
