We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.NET, HTML5, and CSS) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Full stack development of web applications including projects ranging between data tiers, server-side, APIs, and front-end.
- Solve moderate to complex problems with minimal guidance and support.
- Help guide the progress of projects and tickets through the use of TechDev’s project and task management systems.
- Participate in release planning, support the success of released projects.

Requirements:
- Ability to produce responsive and mobile-first front-ends using modern best practices and frameworks.

Job Summary
A Tech. Lead is responsible for seamless execution of the development plan; by providing optimal and
innovative solutions, developing high quality code and guiding a team of devs or sr. devs. A Tech. Lead is
expected to possess expert level knowledge of CRM platforms, business functions and essentials of systems’
integration.
A Tech. Lead needs to conduct following responsibilities at work -
1. Billability of at least 34 hrs per week (Util Target). Resource needs to ensure that assigned hours are
utilized on each project.
2. Perform thorough analysis by
a. Understanding business/functional needs of the project and correlating it on individualtask
levels
b. Check whether the implementation is possible or not; respecting the Salesforce environment’s
limitations or governors. c. Evaluate whether stated requirements (or a part) can be achieved via configuration before
opting for coding. d. Determine all hidden use cases
e. Framing workarounds for any identified blockers, challenges or risks
f. Ideating optimal solutions for complex requirements

A Tech. Lead must discuss the approach with TM or an onshore TAand finalize the ETAs.

with the most optimal design patterns / architecture
