The Role
As a Technical Leas Full Stack Engineer at Sprinto, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and collaborative team. The role requires hands-on experience and a willingness to contribute across various aspects of the development process.
Responsibilities
- Utilize your extensive programming experience, with a minimum of eight years in a professional setting, preferably within a small team.
- Demonstrate flexibility by not adhering strictly to a specific programming language, editor, or libraries. Embrace a holistic approach to software development by seamlessly transitioning between frontend, backend, and infrastructure tasks.
- Lead the team in technical guidance and architectural decisions, providing mentorship and direction to other engineers.
- Assume a leadership role during system challenges and contribute to effective problem resolution.
- Apply a discerning eye to identify and address premature over-engineering, ensuring projects progress efficiently. Recognize the long-term consequences of programming choices and navigate trade-offs to optimize solutions.

Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of professional programming experience, preferably within a small team environment.
- Proven ability to work across boundaries, be it frontend, backend, or infrastructure. Avoid pigeon-holing and embrace a holistic approach to software engineering.
- Recognized by peers for technical expertise and leadership in making architectural decisions. Being the go-to person in challenging situations within your current team.
- Ability to identify premature over-engineering and foresee long-term consequences of programming choices. Make informed decisions to optimize project timelines and outcomes.
- Understanding that code is a tool in the service of solving business/customer problems. A willingness to make trade-offs that efficiently address these issues.
- While not mandatory, familiarity with our tech stack (Node.js, Next.js, React, Relay, Apollo-GraphQL, Postgres, Heroku) is a bonus. Share your insights on the pros and cons of our tech stack in your application.

Node.js Developer / NestJS Developer – Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Server-side Logic: Design, implement, and maintain the server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end services and third-party applications.
- Database Management: Work with databases (such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) to ensure data consistency, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Code Quality and Testing: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

• Assist the learners with technical queries and provide resolutions and/or coordinate with
technical instructors for resolution.
• Host weekly technical sessions in association with expert instructors for the learners as per

• Audit question bank contents (assessments), creating/enhancing content after due research
• Create example applications/exercises/content which can be incorporated into courses

Roles and Responsibilities

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years .
Well here our target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce)
( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .
So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for
- Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days
- Senior designer/ developer. - 25- 40k -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer , -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .
P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability to perform and existing knowledge.
