Job Responsibilities
10 % of Time

• Collaborate with internal teams and the Solution Architect to discuss software design and architecture and best practices.
• Learn & work on POC's of trending technology along with the Solution Architect

65 % of Time

• Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Ensures the code follows latest coding practices and industry standards
• Contribute development activities into various projects
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Should be able to identify, categorize, parse out, articulate and fix problems that occur in applications
• Should understand concept of iterative development and leverage DevOps tools for CI & CD
• Form strong working relationships with your peers and across the team
• Mentoring and educating less experienced team members in related technologies using methods such as informal training, pair programming etc

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed

• Deep knowledge of OOPS, and RESTful API services.
• Experience using well-known JavaScript frameworks and libraries, such as React / Angular / Vue etc.
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following technologies - PHP, NodeJS, .NET
• Knowledge of DevOps (Containerization / Jenkins Pipeline, etc.)
• Ability to write and high quality and secure code and understand performance issues
• Experience with database systems, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL stores (e.g., MySQL, Oracle / MongoDB, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience on cloud related technologies (AWS / Azure) could be add-on.
• Proficient in multiple stacks of technologies / systems / tools and focus on building depth and breadth of skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to build a work plan or parts of a work plan, as applicable for role
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

As a Technical Lead you are responsible for the development and support of software applications. You will be expected to demonstrate best practice in refining requirements, design solutions, write code, tests and deploy applications. You will be a role model for developers in the team with a responsibility to set a high bar for quality. As part of this responsibility you will provide regular technical and non-technical coaching. As a technical expert, you will continuously evaluate areas of technology, process, standards and policy that can be improved. You are a knowledge champion and seek every opportunity to share your experience across the department. You will develop a good understanding of the needs of your customer and may be required to represent your team in meetings with stakeholders, contributing to their strategy and direction. Your daily tasks could include Provide expert software architecture advise and coaching Lead detailed design sessions Ensure technical delivery risks are addressed as early as possible within delivery schedules, through technical spikes and proof of technologies Inspect and review the work of the team providing governance of software development principles Review and adapt processes and standards and provide recommendations for improvement. Continuously improve quality of products. Leads in the refinement of requirements and solution architecture to eliminate ambiguity, conflict & duplication. Leads the assigned domain at design governance meetings Identify opportunities to address waste including addressing technical debt, inefficient development processes and opportunities for automation. Key contributor to technical estimation when requested by Domain Manager To be able to succeed in this role, you must have the following skills and experience… ESSENTIAL: Minimum of 2 years’ commercial experience working as a technical lead/development manager Have experience working with PHP 5.5+ and a strong understanding of OOP Ecommerce development skills/platforms (previous exposure to this is essential) Strong knowledge of working with MVC Frameworks (Zend in particular) MySQL knowledge Experience with version control systems (Git, Subversion) API / 3rd Party integration experience Proficient in front end UX technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3 & Javascript Can still remain hands on when needed!

Key responsibilities Strong knowledge of core PHP, MVC frameworks and Yii. Should know JQuery, JavaScript, AJAX A troubleshooter who takes initiative to resolve problems in JS, PHP, HTML etc. Build and implement web applications and back-end services that integrate with mobile applications. Rapidly address issues and fix defects discovered during deployment. Build reusable code and libraries for future use & Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Knowledge of the Web and Web Services Knowledge of other modern Javascript frameworks with Good Knowledge of Responsive Web Design with experience with tablets and mobile device. Build cutting edge, fast, and interactive Components with fellow developers Responsible for Code, Test, Deploy and Scale SaaS-based Products using PHP, MySql, with Yii MVC framework. Solid debugging and problem-solving skills Experience: in Yii A plus if you have: Its good if you have a year's experience with Yii component building Experience integrating with other technologies through web services. Multi-threaded coding experience, along with both asynchronous and synchronous code.

Minimum 1+ yrs of experience in frameworks Laravel/Codeigniter/Yii2 Good knowledge of MYSQL Hands on experience in Angular/Node.js/React.js an added advantage Good communication skills

- Develop ASP.net web applications - Perform unit testing on developed modules - Update progress to team lead - Learn new technologies as and when required Skill set : - 2+ year exp. in Asp.net with MVC must. - Experience in writing web applications using ASP.net MVC 4.0/4.5, C#, Entity Framework, SQL Server 2008/12 - Experience in Javascript, AJAX and JQuery - Experience on Web API is preferred - Knowledge on Bootstrap, AngularJS is added advantage - Sound knowledge of SQL Server 2008/12 relational database concepts, SQL simple/complex queries, writing stored procedures etc.

3-6 years of experience in Web programming oriented to Front End
Solid knowledge and vast experience in Javascript, HTML5 and CSS3.
Previous exposure to Advanced JavaScript or Node.js or Vue.js or React.js framework experience would be an added advantage.
