Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer (Tech Lead) to lead technical delivery and oversee end-to-end system execution. The ideal candidate will take ownership of architecture, ensure high-quality engineering standards, mentor junior team members, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

This role is best suited for a hands-on professional who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and taking full responsibility for technical outcomes.

Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of new highly responsive, web-based user interface
• Construct visualisations that are able to depict vast amounts of data

Requirements and qualifications

• Experience in Work Frontend Frameworks like Bootstrap, MUI & Antd.

• Hands-on experience with REACT REDUX
• Hands-on experience with REDUX SAGA or REDUX ToolKit
• Experience with HTML5 / CSS3
• Experience in creating REST API's based on NODE JS

1. Work with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality solutions on time
2. Jumping on a call with clients to understand the requirement and profile them the right solution, helping formulate an effective solution and turning it into a working application
3. Conducting website performance and unit tests
4. Heavy involvement in the requirements gathering, development and operational stages of new projects
5. Troubleshoot and debug related application defects with existing and new applications
6. Work collaboratively with the frontend team and other team members, train other members and get trained if required

You will be responsible for architecting, training the team and implementing your solution. You will be working closely with the Product Managers and the tech leads/developers to come up with high-quality, resilient, and highly performant applications.

• Design and develop SaaS-based applications based on microservices architecture.
