Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new features in the application.
• Regular communication and collaboration with team members throughoutthe development process.
• Implement,test, and fix bugs in application features.
• Participate in fully agile Scrum deliveries as an active team member.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient and reliable C# and Angular code.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong full stack software engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience): Must have 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack developer
• Mandatory (Backend): Must have strong backend developement experience in C#, .NET and building RESTful APIs
• Mandatory (Frontend): Must have hands-on frontend development experience in Angular 14+ and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Mandatory (Core Skill): Must have working experience in Elasticsearch/OpenSearch (Non-negotiable)
• Mandatory (DB): Exposure to SQL (Relational DBs) & NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Mandatory (Caching): Must have experience in caching mechanisms (in-memory/shared cache) and database scaling techniques like sharding & replication
• Mandatory (Authentication): Familiarity with Identity Server4 and Git
• Mandatory (Engineering Practices): Must have experience writing unit tests and working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Mandatory (Architecture Exposure): Candidates should have experience working on microservices architectures, event-driven systems, or distributed systems
• Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS companies
• Mandatory (Note 1): This is a hybrid role in Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (3 days in-office)
• Mandatory (Note 2): Please make sure candidate has detailed experience about above skills set in resume
• Preferred (Skill): Familiarity with deployment processes and packaging libraries for NPM

Responsibilities

• Mentoring Team of Juniors, Code Reviews, and System Design Understanding
• Design and develop APIs using NodeJs, TypeScript, and deployment using the CICD pipeline.
• Apply code reviews and development quality reviews to make sure best practices are implemented
• Expertise with MySQL including the design of schemas and development for these databases
• Understanding of System Architectures, Design Patterns, and SOLID Principles
• Knowledge of git-based workflows such as git-flow, Proficient with code editors & linting tools

Requirements

• 2+ years of development experience with NodeJS, and Javascript frameworks related to the web stack
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Good to have

• Experience with AWS Microservices
• Experience with payment gateways
• Exposure to AWS Services, policies, and the DevOps pipeline is a plus.
• Expertise with React, Redux, Hooks, and its core principles

• A champ in Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Design, Analysis, Multi-threading, Design patterns, and other computer science concepts.
• Developing and managing applications for new features and enhancement in full-stack
• A proven technical leader within an Agile development environment
• Experience in delivering full-stack solutions across multiple technologies.
• Able to showcase work involving low latency concurrent and distributed systems/applications.
• Able to multi-task and work in a cross-cultural geographically distributed environment.
• Proactive, self-starter, and hands-on with multiple upcoming technologies.
• Managing our Engineering team - coach them, advocate for them, and productive.
• Providing technical leadership and being accountable for the technical decisions made by your team, with a focus on performance, scalability, privacy, and security.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Manager to create a meaningful vision and roadmap for the team, towards delivering impactful work and a successful outcome.

• Develop code for the Propacity Platform
• Collaborate with the product & design team for making decisions based on your codebase expertise
• Own the development process from the architecture stage till the product is shipped
• Promote code quality, new technologies, and architectural design within the company
• Work and develop a team of engineers who can ship fast
• Have fun collaborating with your team, and communicate as much as you can

✅  Should Have Expertise:

• Experience: You have 3+ years of professional product development experience with MERN Stack :  building server applications in Node.js along with JS Frameworks, system design.

• Server expertise: Good experience with deploying applications on AWS & devops

• Databases: You have in-depth knowledge of RDMS as well as no-sql databases and are capable of designing scalable database models based on the product and security requirements. You have also experience with in-memory databases such as Redis and queuing frameworks for running tasks asynchronously.

• Front end expertise: Good understanding of React.js, frameworks, and libraries

• CS Fundamentals: You possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, API’s, micro-services, distributed systems, and information retrieval.

• 3rd Party API integrations: API Integrations for fb, Instagram, google ads & more into our product

• Github: You have some JS projects/products on GitHub Repository that are worthy of public view.

• Product focused: You take pride in building innovative and shipping fast

• Problem solver: You excel at understanding and solving complex problems. You have great attention to detail.

• Quality communicator: You can break down tricky topics in writing and work with the team together

• Feedback: You are humble, kind, and are open to product feedback
