Senior Fullstack Engineer

Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building robust back-end systems with Python and Django, creating Restful APIs using Django Rest Framework (DRF), and developing responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces with React.js. Proficiency in HTML and CSS is a must, ensuring seamless design implementation and excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Back-end Development:

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.

● Create and manage REST APIs using Django Rest Framework(DRF).

● Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.

● Optimize database queries and manage data models.

Front-end Development:

● Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, HTML, and CSS.

● Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement engaging user experiences.

● Integrate front-end with back-end services via REST APIs.

● Debug and resolve cross-browser and platform compatibility issues.

Collaboration and Deployment:

● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA, and Dev-ops.

● Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.

● Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications in a production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Strong proficiency in Python and Django.

● Hands-on experience with Django Rest Framework (DRF) for API development.

● Solid understanding of React.js, including hooks and state management.

● Expertise in HTML, CSS, and modern front-end development practices

● Proficiency in integrating front-end and back-end systems.

● Strong knowledge of Restful API design principles and best practices.

● Experience with version control systems like Git.

● Familiarity with deployment tools and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Docker) is a plus.

● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of front-end libraries like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.

● Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Jest).

● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

● Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Job Description:

• Design and architect highly scalable web services applications
• Develop and maintain all server-side network components
• Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements Architect
• Content Management Solution and scalable API platform
• Design back-end services for various business processes
• Partner with third-party technology services and make strategic inputs.
• Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code

Requirements

• 4-7 years of Knowledge of Node.js and ReactJS frameworks
• Experience in creating and maintaining efficient NoSQl databases GRPC and Json Elasticsearch
• Experience in AWS environment, cloud deployments and lambda
• DevOps and web security
• API development and deployment
• Unit and integration testing

Qualifications 

2-5 years of Software Engineering experience in Node.js and React. 

Proven experience in architecting performant, complex application on web or mobile applications. 

Knowledge of end to end Software development life cycle.

Ability to work individually or in teams and mentor new developers to the team.

Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns. 

A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements and be able to quickly turn around a functional prototype for internal review and further refinement.
• We are currently using MERN & Flutter technology for our product. You should be acquainted to this tech stack or should be able to grasp immediately.
• Develop API based architecture in order to ensure the business growth and integrational capabilities of product.
• Designing and developing REST APIs using MongoDB with its Security compositions
• Develop the Mobile UI / Back-end features using Flutter / Dart programming language.
• Creating and configuring EC2 instances and securing a connection with MongoDB Cloud database
• Should be adapt to version control systems like GIT / GITHUB

• Have the ability to translate UI/UX design wireframes to scalable code.
• Experience in developing pixel perfect frontend software, with deep experience in React.js
• Design, develop and maintain our user-facing products.
• Creating Restful APIs with Node.js
• Creating Decoupling architecture and microservices.
• Creating database schemas for products.
• Understanding of session management in a distributed server environment.
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
