About the Role

We are looking for passionate Android Developers skilled in Kotlin, Jetpack, and MVVM architecture to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing and building high-quality, scalable, and performant Android applications.

This role is perfect for candidates who want to own features from Day 0, thrive in a startup environment, and are excited about building products that impact users directly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack components, and MVVM architecture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to build end-to-end features.
• Ensure applications are responsive, stable, secure, and performant.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Implement REST API integrations, handle offline caching, and work with local databases (Room).
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across multiple devices and Android versions.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Android SDK.
• Experience with Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, DataStore, etc.).
• Good understanding of MVVM architecture and reactive programming.
• Hands-on experience in API integration, JSON parsing, and network handling.
• Solid knowledge of Git/GitHub (must have deployed Android projects in portfolio).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, Material Design guidelines, and responsive layouts.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience (internship/full-time) in a startup environment.
• Exposure to Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger).
• Familiarity with coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of Firebase services (Crashlytics, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Experience with CI/CD for Android apps.
• Familiarity with the Play Store publishing process.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers with strong deployed Android projects welcome).
• Education: Tier 2 / Tier 3 college graduates preferred.
• GitHub Requirement: Must have a solid GitHub profile with deployed Android projects. Inactive or blank repositories will be rejected.

Selection Process

1. Written Test – Android fundamentals & coding basics.
2. Sample Task – Build a small Android app (with Kotlin & MVVM).
3. Technical Interview (Basic, 30 min) – Android SDK, Kotlin, lifecycle, Jetpack basics.
4. Advanced Technical Interview (90 min) – MVVM, architecture, performance optimization, debugging.
5. HR Round – Culture fit and final discussion.

Role Overview

We're looking for experienced Data Engineers who can independently design, build, and manage scalable data platforms. You'll work directly with clients and internal teams to develop robust data pipelines that support analytics, AI/ML, and operational systems.

You’ll also play a mentorship role and help establish strong engineering practices across our data projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale, distributed data pipelines (batch and streaming)
• Implement scalable data models, warehouses/lakehouses, and data lakes
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability
• Ensure code is clean, modular, tested, and documented
• Contribute to architecture, tooling decisions, and platform setup
• Review code/design and mentor junior engineers

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and advanced SQL
• Solid grasp of ETL/ELT, data modeling (OLTP & OLAP), and stream processing
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Apache Spark, Flink, etc.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Ability to debug and scale data pipelines in production

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure also fine)
• Exposure to Databricks, dbt, or similar tools
• Understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and observability
• Certifications (e.g., AWS Data Analytics, Solutions Architect, Databricks) are a bonus

Within the first 3 months, you will

• Understand Toddle's vision and brand strategy.
• Get a good end-to-end understanding of our creative development process, design
• language and design system
• Translate business and technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing
• and emotionally engaging
• Produce creative assets including templates, layouts, etc., for marketing activities across
• multiple channels. These include web, social media, events, and other activations
• Participate in design reviews and give feedback on the work of other team members

Within 6 months, you will

• Design for website, product, emails, social media graphics and various print media.
• Simplify a complicated idea, compliment the words or message being delivered to the
• user through design
• Brainstorm with the marketing and design team to come up with the graphic concepts.
• Generate ideas and concepts that are clear, communicative and engaging.
