Internship Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for a Full-Time, On-Site AI-Based SEO Internship at our West Delhi office.

As an SEO Intern, you will gain practical exposure to modern SEO strategies, AI-powered optimization techniques, and advanced search engine marketing practices while working on real client projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

-Perform technical and on-page SEO audits

-Implement on-page SEO optimization strategies

-Work on link-building and off-page SEO campaigns

-Analyze website traffic and web analytics reports

-Optimize content using AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AIO strategies

-Use AI-powered SEO tools for performance improvement and automation

-Collaborate with the SEO and content team to improve website rankings and visibility

Role Description

This is the role of Field Sales Manager/Executive located in Bangalore. You will be assigned leads for clients seeking premium real estate projects like apartments & villas in the city's IT hubs like Sarjapura, Marthahalli Rd, Whitefield, Electronic City, etc. These are the locations where our sites are situated. You will be assigned to only one site, specifically in the area closest to your location. The major responsibilities include managing and strengthening relationships with assigned clients, working for sales closures, coordinating with internal teams to ensure to meet client requirements, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities 

• Interacting with assigned leads/clients and lining up F2F meetings or site visits
• Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients until closure. Leads will be provided
• Convincing and Negotiating Deals with Customers
• Coordinate between clients and the company and update the status regarding services, pricing, and new product releases.
• Report on sales activities through a scheduled reporting structure.

We’re looking for someone who can expand our digital footprint and drive more value through online content. You should have had a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads. This role requires high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. 

Your responsibilities: 

•     Creating concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and body copy

•     Researching and organizing facts and sources

•     Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with team for new ideas and strategies

•     Building a following for brand on social media with creative work

•     Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original

•     Collaborating with campaign managers, creative team, and designers

•     Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)

•     Be willing to answer any questions posted by their readers.

•     Create content on e-books, podcasts etc.

•     Promote content on social media

•     Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

•     Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

•     Update website content as needed

•     Edit content produced by other members of the team

•      Analyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed 

•     Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content idea 

Skill sets/Experience we require:

•     Proven work experience as a Content Writer, copywriter or similar role

•     Portfolio of published articles

•     Experience doing research using multiple sources

•     Familiarity with web publications

•     Excellent writing and editing skills in English

•     Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

•     Ability to meet deadlines

•     Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics

Pedigree: 

•     Bachelors/Masters in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field 

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Development

 To ensure integrated and consistent brand communications across marketing, media relations, digital

media and publications on all aspects of the company’s work.

 Significantly contributing to the development of the overall business strategy through the identification

of content trends. Completely own content strategy and execution.

 To represent Affordplan professionally across all content platforms.

Asset Development

 Contribute to Affordplan’s thought-leadership in the industry through the development of robust and

effective multi-format content aligned with wider marketing strategy and campaigns.

 Creating clear Product Messaging, including Positioning, Features & Benefits and USP’s for the

Affordplan Proposition for the website, social media, and other brand assets.

 Create newsletters and email direct mailers for intended mailing list and customer base.

 Research and curate content for digital dissemination including blog pieces, opinion pieces, medical

awareness articles, scripts for videos, e-books, guides, media releases etc.

 Creation of sales tools and training modules; including white papers, presentations, collateral, website

content and social content

 Working with the Marketing team on PR and Product Review Programs

 Working with customers to generate success stories, testimonials and other user generated content.

Skills Required

 English Proficiency (Spoken) and English Proficiency (Written)

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelors in Journalism, Mass Communication, English from a college of repute.

• Should have good experience with PHP and PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter.
• Should have good experience with HTML, CSS, JQuery.
• Should have experience with designing and writing performant APIs.
• Should have understanding or experience with good design patterns, dependency injection and MOC frameworks.
• Should have experience with data modeling and database technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostGres.
• Should have experience with front end JavaScript frameworks.
• Should have experience working in an agile development environment.
• Should have experience writing unit, automated and integration tests.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Upload videos, manage negative reviews, and keep the account profile up to date.

2. Research keywords, hashtags, industry-related topics & social media trends.

3. Edit images for social media usage.

4. Track & organize campaign schedules, coordinate/schedule posts on all platforms, and execute a content strategy for designated team members.

5. Write clear captions, descriptions & other content for the posts.

6. Manage day-to-day interactions with followers & develop partnerships with social media influences and other accounts.

7. Generate ideas to create brand awareness, determine the brand voice & align all posts accordingly.

8. Develop a scheduling sequence to publish content on all platforms & propose promotional activities.

9. Gather & compile data about the brand’s users and viewers.

10. Assist the Ad Manager when running social media ad campaigns.

11. Moderate conversations in social media groups as per set etiquettes.

12. Conduct general administration.
