Role Objective

As a Team Lead – AI/LLM Engineering, you will lead the development of scalable AI-powered applications and backend systems while managing a team of engineers. The role requires a strong balance of technical leadership and hands-on contribution in building production-grade solutions using Python, Django, RAG architectures, Vector Databases, and modern LLM frameworks.
