Senior Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable web applications for MRO services, from front-end interfaces to back-end systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create efficient back-end systems with languages Java and integrating APIs and databases.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate / JPA.
• Debug and resolve issues related to performance, memory usage, and latency.
• Develop user-friendly front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks React or Angular.
• Implement unit and integration tests and follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) where applicable.
• Familiarity with Java/JEE concepts (exception handling, collections, memory basics).
• Experience in developing backend services for web applications.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security concepts (JWT, OAuth2, authentication/authorization).
• Ensure smooth workflows by optimizing code, reducing delays, and upholding quality standards.
• Support ongoing inquiries by troubleshooting and enhancing existing applications.
• Prepare for increased demand by integrating expeditors and third-party inspection (TPI) tools within the next month.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our solutions cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full stack development experience, ideally in industrial or service-based applications.
• Proficiency in back-end tech (Python/Java/Node.js, REST APIs) and front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/NextJs)
• Experience with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and server-side operations.
• Familiarity with MRO services or industrial workflows is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job Qualifications

• B.E (CS,IT and EC), BCA , MCA , BSC( with Computer Science).
• Skills Required : PHP, Word Press, CMS, Code Igniter.
• Experience in strong PHP Programming skills.
• Good understanding of JavaScript / AJAX is a must.
• Exposure to Agile Methodologies Preferably SCRUM Experience.
• Excellent knowledge in Core PHP & MySQL.
• CMS frameworks like WP, Joomla, Drupal
• Development frameworks like Zend, CakePHP, CodeIgniter, YII etc. will be a plus point
• Strong Knowledge on OOPS and MVC Concept.

Job Description 

Your Role - 

• Responsible for providing technical solutions to existing and prospective Fintech and Enterprise customers throughout the implementation stage of the onboarding cycle. 
• Ensure new customers are onboarded with the right mix of products. Existing customers can design their product using an appropriate mix of FP products.
• You will become an SME for all products and assets of Cybrilla and collaborate with the product team to improve the product better. 
• Guide and train clients or partners to help them understand product technical capabilities to add business value. 
• Perform R&D with third parties APIs or other products to guide the product team to improve products for better client experience.
• Participate in Product demos and seek clarifications, test features released by the product team from clients lens. 
• Willing to debug and troubleshoot advanced technical issues and help internal teams whenever required. 
• Willing to think outside the box, prototype solutions if possible and present it to teams internally that could be taken up as product enhancements.

Your Skills and Experience 

Must have skills -  

• At Least 4+ years of experience in backend engineering / solutions engineering. 
• Strong understanding Javascript, API (Strong skills).
• Database technologies MySQL.
• Significant experience in client facing roles.

Good to have skills - 

• Experience in automation is welcomed. 
• Any experience in data migration activity is welcomed.
• Have worked on ETL projects.
