ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading a team of Customer Services Associates

Define monthly target for Team and devise a strategy to achieve the goals

Guide the team to achieve the daily, weekly and monthly goals

Proactive in identifying the opportunity areas in the program and work towards solution

Conduct rigorous performance reviews with the advisors in the team, on the target management

Identify opportunity areas, review daily reports like APR, agent Quality scores etc. and provide constructive feedback to the advisors

Listen to calls daily to keep a close track on the advisors call quality

Strong planning skills and abilities to project the months performance with the ongoing trends and do a course correction, if needed to bring back the desired performance

Act as a mentor for the team and lead by example

Acts as a subject matter expert by demonstrating and training team on consultative sales approach

Responsible for all aspects of performance management for the program - setting goals / expectations, observing, coaching, counseling, recognizing and rewarding Ensure proper escalation procedures.

Must be Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Out- bound Sales, International sales experienced.

Soft calling to Business and talking feedback for their web work that we have done before.

Maintain strong-relationship with the clients and customers Send quotations to the customers on the basis of inquiries and telephonic discussions. Follow- up quotations / proposals and try to convert them to customer and achieve sales targets set by the Company.

Responsible for handling customer complaints, and efficient daily operations.

To explain the concept of company s services to clients.

Keep track of developments and price changes that take place in the competitive products.

Responsible for interacting for entire Sales Process.

Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations.

Responsible for completion of Order process smoothly.

Evaluating new business opportunities and exploring potential markets by conducting market research to understand gather the market area to get the maximum business and projects.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our data platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in advanced data engineering, scripting languages, cloud and big data technologies, ETL tools, and database structures.

Responsibilities: •  Utilize advanced data engineering techniques, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), SQL, and other advanced data manipulation techniques. •   Develop and maintain data-oriented scripting using languages such as Python. •   Create and manage data structures to ensure efficient and accurate data storage and retrieval. •   Work with cloud and big data technologies, specifically AWS and Azure stack, to process and analyze large volumes of data. •   Utilize ETL tools such as Nifi and Tibco to extract, transform, and load data into various systems. •   Have hands-on experience with database structures, particularly MSSQL and Vertica, to optimize data storage and retrieval. •   Manage and maintain the operations of data platforms, ensuring data availability, reliability, and security. •   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design appropriate data solutions. •   Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in data engineering and suggest improvements to enhance our data infrastructure.

Requirements: •  A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience as a Data Engineer. •  Proficiency in ETL, SQL, and other advanced data engineering techniques. •   Strong programming skills in scripting languages such as Python. •   Experience in creating and maintaining data structures for efficient data storage and retrieval. •   Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies, specifically AWS and Azure stack. •   Hands-on experience with ETL tools, particularly Nifi and Tibco. •   In-depth knowledge of database structures, including MSSQL and Vertica. •   Proven experience in managing and operating data platforms. •   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data challenges. •   Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. •   Self-motivated with a strong drive for learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

3. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
4. Proven interaction with architect preferred, not required

• Experience of testing Application hosted over Cloud for various platform and OS.
• Web and Mobile testing expertise
• Experience on Agile and Scrum methodology

• To be responsible for effectively converting US into manual/Automation test cases for WEB and Mobile apps as per the coding standards.
• Expert in Database
• Help other team members on writing and reviewing test cases and provide sufficient help for any blocker.
• Certified as ready for release to Production follow all necessary test phases and meet the pre-agreed quality standards.
• Creates traceability records, from test cases back to requirements
• Work closely with Automation team members to understand automation progress and take ownership of analyzing any failures are there
• Provides regular quality reports on test progress, anomalies, risks and issues associated with project testing
