We are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee and implement safety policies at construction sites. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and workers.

Experience

• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in the construction safety sector.
• Good understanding of MBOCW Rules and safety standards.
• Adequate knowledge of the local language spoken by workers at the project location.

Location: Flexible - Remote or Based in India

Type: Equity-Based Partnership with Investment

Vesting Schedule: 4 years with a 1-year cliff

Qualifications and Skills:

Essential:

• Willingness and ability to make a financial investment in the company.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in startups, product development, or technology commercialization.

Equity and Investment:

• Equity Offering: Based on contributions (financial, expertise, and operational involvement), equity shares will be negotiated with a vesting schedule.

Job Responsibility:

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards that provide key insights into business performance.
• Create and maintain complex Power BI data models, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform data analysis using Excel, Power Query, and other tools to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and data refresh schedules to ensure consistent performance.
• Implement security measures and ensure data is presented to the appropriate audience through role-based access.

● Analyze financial data related to loan requests.

● Evaluate loan documents are to ensure accuracy and completeness. ● Perform risk assessments on potential loan recipients based on credit rating, borrowing history, and other specific risk factors.

• 
  Generate new business opportunities through cold calling
• Understand the Products features of (cloud , SAAS, SAP ect...) services, and value proposition clearly
• Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities at your assigned    accounts
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Reach out to prospects via telephone and email to qualify leads
• Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending emails, strategic calling)
