About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Operations Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in business operations, process management, and cross-functional coordination. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and process management.
• Support project coordination and ensure tasks are executed on time.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for operational activities.
• Collaborate with different teams (HR, Marketing, Tech, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Franchise Sales Manager to lead our franchise expansion across multiple cities in India. The role involves extensive client interaction, legal documentation, and operational oversight.  

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive franchise sales and onboard new franchise partners across India.  

- Present the franchise model and conduct multiple meetings to close deals.  

- Handle end-to-end legal documentation and ensure timely agreement signings.  

- Manage complete setup of franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution.  

- Build strong relationships with franchise partners and guide them on ROI and break-even strategies.  

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align franchise sales efforts with promotional activities.  

- Provide regular progress reports to the Chief Executive Officer.  

- Travel frequently to meet clients, conduct site visits, and oversee franchise operations.  

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar role.  

- Strong understanding of franchise models, ROI, and break-even analysis.

• Experience in developing enterprise wide web-based n-Tier applications using Microsoft and JavaScript technology stack.
• Fluent knowledge and hands-on experience in C# ASP.Net WebAPI with .Net Core/ .Net 5+, Angular (4/5+) with TypeScript, Angular Material, CSS, HTML 5, Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of nHibernate, IoC Containers, any SQL DB and any NoSQL DB would be an added advantage.
• Having experience in container technology (Kubernetes/Dockers) and microservices implementation would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in unit testing using tools like xUnit and mocking framework etc. CI/CD process are an added advantage
• Good knowledge and experience of OOAD, SOA and RESTful based patterns and implementation.
• Good understanding of Design patterns and their implementation
• Should be able to work independently with new technologies

Key Requirements

• Check the Cmg's and take the requirements from functional consultants and users.
• As per business logic (MD50) do change existing reports and develop the new reports.
• Developing new packages, procedures, functions and updating existing packages and procedures, functions.
• Developing the workflows.
• Developing the API's as per business logic's for data updates.
• Developing the data extraction automation programs (.sql files developments) for data extractions.
• Prepare the test cases and migration documents for migrating objects.

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/ Computers/ Science or Master's in Computer required.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience on Oracle Apps Technical.
• Candidates must have hands on experience on Oracle RDF/XML/Pl-SQL Reports, D2k Forms, Workflow, OAF, And functional knowledge on O2C & P2P.
