About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Associate to support our recruitment and HR operations for a growing team of tech professionals. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and supporting technical talent across our consulting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end tech recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage onboarding for developers, engineers, and consultants, ensuring smooth integration into client projects.
• Maintain accurate records in our HR systems and track consultant assignments.
• Coordinate with project managers on resource allocation and deployment.
• Support timesheet tracking, basic HR reporting, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience, ideally in tech or IT consulting.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with technical roles and remote teams.
• Experience with HR tools or ATS is a plus.

Requirements:

• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks. •Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes

•Upgrade systems with new releases and models and ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

•Provisioning Operational support and troubleshooting the issues related to system administration.

•Perform in 24 x 7 environment in shift roaster and attend calls whenever assigned

Strong written and verbal communications skills

TFS/VSTS/SVN and any source management experience like Git, AWS CodeCommit etc.
