About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Designer, you will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
l Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to client or development team.
l Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks
l Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
l Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders
l Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
l Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Requirements:
l Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
l Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio
l Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or other visual design and wireframing tools
l Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
l Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
l Ability to present your designs and your solutions to various stakeholders
l Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
l Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
l Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of design
l Experience with motion design
l Experience with designing for mobile & Web platforms
- Create, test, and maintain web-based applications using Laravel Framework.
- Work with members of the other teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Implement and manage the entire web application development lifecycle, from conception to delivery and post-launch maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Make use of back-end data services and support the growth of current data services API.
- Effectively communicate all project updates, evaluations, suggestions, schedules, and technical and procedural difficulties.
- The development procedure, architecture, and similar information should all be documented.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
- Continuously improve software quality and performance.
- Keep up with the latest web development technologies and trends.

As a Sr. Manager in SLAY's Digital Growth team, you will own the strategy and execution of all growth initiatives on all digital platforms.
Your Boss:
You will work directly with the Head of Growth who manages growth across channels and platforms. This position is being hired for. In the interim, you will report to our Co-Founder.
Your Team:
