Job Description

Build and maintain bots on Azure platform.  Integration with Active directory, WEB API based integration with external systems. Training and Integrate bots as per users’ requirements. Work in line with design guidelines, best practices and standards of bot deliverable. Creative approach to the conversation flow design, human aspects in the bot responses and sentiments

Qualifications

1. a) 5 years of experience in software development with clear understanding of the project life cycle
   b) Min 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Bot Framework, LUIS and other Cognitive services offered by Azure
   c) Hands on experience with Machine Learning based chat bots
   d) Experience with Azure bot services like Text Analytics etc.
   e)Strong database skills and hands-on experience on databases like SQL Server/Oracle
2. f) Strong experience on Azure Active directory and adaptive cards integration in Chat bot.
3. g) Strong experience designing and working with

with service-oriented architectures (SOA) and WebAPIs.

1. h) A strong experience on Microsoft Azure, ASPNET / MVC and programming languages such as C#/VBNET
2. i) Knowledge of Python and NodeJS is a plus
3. j) Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
4. k) Experience with JQuery, CSS3, HTML5 or similar technologies.

What you will do?

Project Management

• Work with the product management team to create an engineering roadmap that aligns with the product roadmap. 
• Translate engineering roadmap into executable internal projects, and own the end-to-end execution of these projects.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects as per schedule, content, and quality metrics.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team using Agile practices.
• Keep stakeholders continually updated on the progress of projects and operations.
• Track and report engineering health metrics (such as bugs by severity, production incidents etc.)

People Management

•  Hire and mentor a team of engineers
•  Manage learning and development, and performance of your team.
•  Own, Conceptualize and Build a tech-focused team

Technical Work

•  Core stakeholder to all technical design and architecture of team.
•  Review code, test plans, and deployment plans.
•  Focus and Strengthen all aspects of reliability

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

• Strong OO design and coding skills using multiple stacks, and knowledge of the pros and cons of each
• 1+ years’ experience with Golang
• 6+ years application development experience
• Strong data design skills, using both SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
• Experience working with event based distributed systems
• Experience working with services in a Dockerized environment
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Couchbase, Redis, and/or PostgreSQL a plus

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science
• 9+ years of experience working with .NET technologies, with advanced proficiency in C#
• A minimum of 4-5 years working with SQL Server Databases, designing new or altering existing table structures to meet project requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise architecture and SOA services
• Strong background in web technologies and architectures
• Technical acumen and understanding of Agile technical practices and how they operate within an Agile organization
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Data-driven, analytical approach to problem solving and project management
• Experience working in a product-based IT company and/or banking and financial services company
• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies, including Agile
• Experience working with ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, NoSQL, Message Queue, and building Reusable Libraries

We are looking for some one with 3+ Years of experience  with Microsoft technologies including.NET, ASP.Net Core MVC, C#, MS SQL Server. WPF, WCF C#, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, scripting languages including JQuery/JavaScript and HTML. 

Good to have knowledge with SQL Server 2012, indexing and queries and SSIS/SSRS.

Has Implemented Ajax Controls in C# . Net Projects

Complete understanding of MS SQL Database. Data modelling to visualize database structure.

Writing queries use for front‐end applications (websites, desktop applications, Mobile App or cloud apps).

Good understanding of Reviewing query performance and optimizing code.

Designing and coding database tables to store the application’s data.

Creating database triggers, stored procedures & functions.

Creating table indexes to improve database performance.

Has experience in writing unit tests & performing unit tests on own codes.

Responsibilities:‐

• Experience working with MVC framework.

• Hands on experience on various design patterns

• Experience in Unit testing development.

• Good to have experience on Team foundation server and Agile Development.

• Oversee and review code as required.

• Drive implementation and address technical roadblocks that the team is facing.

• Experience with diagnosing performance and/or memory issues is a plus, including using relevant profiler tools.

• Oversee and assist during system testing, UAT and deployment.
