Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, tech-savvy, and obsessed with content that converts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with MrPropTek’s brand and goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across all major platforms.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower count organically.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote new listings, services, and campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the real estate and proptech space.
• Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate leads and drive traffic.
• Oversee influencer collaborations or brand partnerships when relevant.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong creative skills in content creation — writing, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and short-form video editing.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Passion or background in real estate, proptech, or digital marketing is a major plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other possible sources.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and convert them to closures.
• Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Spring Boot developer with a passion for esports to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining web applications using Spring Boot and a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in the esports industry is a plus. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Boot and related technologies 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code 
• Collaborate with the design and product management teams to implement new features and functionality 
• Work with the DevOps team to ensure proper deployment and monitoring of applications 

• Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise 
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation 

Requirements: 

• Strong professional experience with Java and Spring Boot

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review training content and assessments. The review parameters include (but are not limited to) the following:

○ Rewrite the training content wherever necessary to simplify it or to make it more age

appropriate.

○ Create engaging learning activities and provide exercises and activities that enhance

the learning process.

○ Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness

of course.

○ Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional

design.

○ Suggest instructional enhancements to the content and assessments so the learning

experience is superior.

○ Check if all the training assets follow the instructional guidelines.

○ Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

○ Do a thorough language review.

○ Do a thorough formatting check and fixes.

• Brainstorm with the content developer to storyboard the concepts introduced in a lesson/chapter.
• Create guidelines and templates as and when needed.
• Conduct audits of the live classes to check how the content is getting translated into the actual class experience.

Skill Set:

1. General:

• In-depth understanding of activity based teaching-learning methods with a strong knowledge of pedagogies to teach 21st Century Skills.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in instructional design and/or content writing.
• Experience in editing documents with an eye for details.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
