Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Dietician to join our Tele counselling team. You will provide remote nutrition guidance and lifestyle counselling to clients via calls, video sessions, and chat, helping them achieve their health goals through personalized diet plans, education, and motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct telephonic or video consultations with clients to assess dietary needs, medical history, and lifestyle factors.

Create and deliver personalized diet plans based on individual health goals (weight loss, diabetes, cholesterol, etc.).

Track progress, address queries, and follow up regularly to ensure adherence and motivation.

Educate clients on healthy eating habits, label reading, and long-term nutrition strategies.

Use Watch Your Health’s platform to document cases, track data, and engage users.

Collaborate with health coaches, doctors, and tech support for integrated care.

Participate in webinars, content creation, and digital campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.

Registered Dietician (RD) or equivalent certification preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi, etc.).

Basic understanding of chronic lifestyle diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity).

Comfortable using mobile apps, chat platforms, and tele health tools.

Friendly, empathetic, and goal-oriented approach to patient care.

Desirable Skills:

Prior experience in tele counselling or online diet consultation.

Familiarity with health monitoring devices and digital health tools.

Ability to explain complex health topics in simple, motivating language.

Time management and ability to handle multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build and optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive UI/UX components using React.js.
• Work closely with the product, design, and backend teams to create high-quality user experiences.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services when necessary.
• Monitor and improve front-end performance.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax.
• Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Required Experience:

• End to end experience delivering production ready code with Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries

Job Description

• Act as a technical expert for CRM projects.
• Be responsible for working on D365 CRM development, support, and integration projects.
• Lead or participate in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
• Architect the CRM system, related customizations, and reports to model the business and organizational process.
• Advise business users on best practices for CRM, development, or integration processes.
• Writing technical specifications for planned work.
• Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, and workflows.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML. Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog, and source control.
• Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system. Support of the application including fixing application issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years’ experience with different versions of Microsoft CRM including D365 CRM.
• Experience in migrations, customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, and SSRS including plugins, scripting, and form creation.
• Experience in workflow development including complex ones.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Experience in integrating D365 CRM with other applications is preferred.

The UI developer will work with back-end developers and front-end developers to ensure that the applications are optimized for several devices and presented attractively. About the role

Checking quality is one of the most important tasks at Anakin. Our clients are pricing their products based on our data, and minor errors on our end can lead to our client's losses of millions of dollars. You would work with multiple tools and with people across various departments to ensure the accuracy of the data being crawled. You would setup manual and automated processes and make sure they run to ensure the highest possible data quality.

Your Responsibilities would be to:

• Understand customer web scraping and data requirements; translate these into test approaches that include exploratory manual/visual testing and any additional automated tests deemed appropriate
• Take ownership of the end-to-end QA process in newly-started projects
• Draw conclusions about data quality by producing basic descriptive statistics, summaries, and visualisations
• Proactively suggest and take ownership of improvements to QA processes and methodologies by employing other technologies and tools, including but not limited to: browser add-ons, Excel add-ons, UI-based test automation tools etc.
• Ensure that project requirements are testable; work with project managers and/or clients to clarify ambiguities before QA begins
• Drive innovation and advanced validation and analytics techniques to ensure data quality for Anakin's customers
• Optimize data quality codebases and systems to monitor the Anakin family of app crawlers
• Configure and optimize the automated and manual testing and deployment systems used to check the quality of billions of data points of over 1000+ crawlers across the company
• Analyze data and bugs that require in-depth investigations
• Interface directly with external customers including managing relationships and steering requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a backend or a full-stack software engineer
• Web scraping experience with Python or Node.js
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.
• Should have managed a team of software engineers
• Should be paranoid about data quality

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Deep experience with network debugging across all OSI layers (Wireshark)
• Knowledge of networks or/and cybersecurity
• Broad understanding of the landscape of software engineering design patterns and principles
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a highly stressful environment during removing bugs in run-time within minutes
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
