Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Manager with a strong understanding of Web3 technologies to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence across various platforms while also integrating Web3 concepts to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging Web3 platforms.
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content (text, image, video, and interactive) tailored to each platform and audience while aligning with the company's brand voice and values.
3. Community Engagement: Build and nurture a strong community of followers, customers, and advocates through active participation, timely responses, and community management initiatives.
4. Web3 Integration: Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Web3 technologies such as blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and decentralized applications (DApps). Integrate Web3 concepts into social media strategies to engage with the crypto community and explore innovative marketing approaches.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze key insights, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
7. Stay Compliant: Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant regulations, guidelines, and best practices, particularly in the context of Web3 technologies and cryptocurrencies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
4. Knowledge of Web3 technologies such as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized applications.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and optimize strategies accordingly.
7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
9. Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and the evolving digital landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with community management and engagement strategies.
2. Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
3. Previous experience working with Web3 projects or crypto-related brands.
4. Certifications or coursework related to blockchain technology or digital marketing.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.

1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social

media. 2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday

3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)

4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes

5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue

per month)

7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales

Mission Statement

1. In your training of 1

st month, we shall actively probe you through the process using Training Decks,

Live Experiences, Re-Training Programs that aims to give you an overall Learning experience along

with you paid stipend along the journey.

2. We create career oritented BDT in this 1 month whose skill becomes unmatched across the sector.

3. You are required to use right sales strategy and accomplish 1 Lac of revenue in the training period,

hence making a way to achieve License to Sell (L-2-S)

4. You will be entitled for training stipend of INR. 21428.

In-office attendance of 90% is mandatory in 1month of training

5. Post 1L Revenue achievement, you will be entitled for below CTC

India Shift (10:30am onwards) – INR 6.6 LPA (4 LPA Fixed + 2.6 LPA Variable)

US/ Canada Shift (8:00 pm onwards) - INR 7.2 LPA (4.6 Fixed + 2.6 LPA Variable)

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered using a ‘best-practice’ project delivery approach and are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost and quality.

Deliver high-quality shippable products as per the scope of the program. He/She will understand the key requirements and scope of the project working with the Product Owner and Business stakeholders.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Understand how the product works and how it is used by customers.
• Apply strong engineering principles to drive the development and delivery of the Hotfix and minor release. This role has the ultimate responsibility to manage customer satisfaction and team engagement.
• Technically hands-on and support and guide the team members in solutions to customers and driving the best engineering practices for developing software.
• Implement the Agile frameworks in its entirety in the capacity as a flow manager. Ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles
• Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed and provide timely feedback.
• Report (or contribute in preparing the status report) to the Project Steering Committee as per the schedule and agreed-upon metrics. Track progress and review project tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Timely Interaction with customers on/ off-site to troubleshoot issues, suggests workarounds.
• Should be able to guide/work with the technical team for quicker resolutions and achieve productivity goals for the team.
• Should be able to drive initiatives for productivity and ticket resolution quality improvement.
• Work on providing innovative ideas to improve ticket closure quality.
• Should suggest functionality in the platform to provide ways to improve turn around time for tickets
• Should drive and provide efficient ways for resolution/fixes of common issues across the customers.
• Propose ways to reduce overall tickets, operational efficiencies, and features for product to reduce the support tickets
• Should suggest better implementation for product based on usage on Production
• Should be able to suggest/implement the optimum process for a ticket raised to fix on PROD cycle
• Propose optimum process across departments at interfacing points, do regular ticket analysis and fine-tune the process
• Work on increasing supportability to product, Lead on RED account working with various departments/stakeholders.
• Ensuring Ticket Hygiene with Goal of SLA adherence. Problem and backlog management
• Contribute to knowledge base articles for both customer and internal staff to reduce troubleshooting time and drive faster issue resolution.
• Own large customers for day to day interactions with customers as required. Ensure SLAs are adhered to the accounts
• Ensure successful transition from SE, have regular connection with customers team management and attrition management.

People Management & Recruitment:

• Recruit and manage the team - Coach and Mentor the team members on career growth including performance management discussions. Be the evangelist for a high-performance culture
• Responsible for Resource planning & Optimization driving with utilization to timely deliverables.
• Should engage the team with team building and motivational activities.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5-7years of solid experience in software product development. Should be in a manager role for at least 4+ years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computers Engineering or equivalent degree in Computer Science
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality 
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles 
• SCRUM, APM and other agile certificates will be nice to have

Technical Ability:

• Should have experience in transitioning projects (Development and Maintenance).
• Past experience in Building and Managing high-performance teams.
• Exposure to the SAP Platform
• Strong Working Experience in JIRA
• Should have prior development background along with current support role.
• Strong and proven background with experience in Troubleshooting on the Mobile platform
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong orientation towards Technical and functional aspects of the product.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to prioritize the backlog.
• Understanding of customer support processes and tools.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.  
• Understanding Engineering priorities and is able to focus on these, helping others to remain focussed too
• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional Front End Development experience.
• Proven track record and experience working on Javascript and front end frameworks like React (preferred) and Angular
• Knowledge and experience working with Node.js, Go or any other back end programming language is a plus .
• Experience of turning UI/UX designs to applications and keen interest in the UI/UX side of an application. 
• Able to build prototypes quickly and work with the product teams to test a concept. 
• Demonstrable experience in building front end or UI/UX development practices in previous jobs. 
• Building and implementing a product on cloud based infrastructure.
• Good understanding of Microservice Architecture, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD and Serverless.
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using Agile Methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum to build quality software.
• Good communication skills.
