Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST-based web services utilizing Java micro services web frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise level solutions, as needed
• Perform web services tuning and performance testing
• Implement unit tests as needed
• Support front-end developers in leveraging web services
• Automate/script common developer tasks, continually optimize personal and team workflows
• Infrastructure setup and configuration
• Engage in code review and feedback process
• Take a feature from inception to completion independently across the stack
• Collaborate with teammates on proposed UX/UI and provide feedback as needed
• Participate in and support the entire SDLC processes

Requirements

• Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA & Hibernate
• Relational data modelling concepts and experience in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar
• Adopted opinionated RESTful web services design patterns
• Microservices-based application architecture
• Application containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-vendor implementations (AWS, Azure, other)
• Other modern technologies relevant to the technology stack defined here

• Develop website and its successful deployment as per requirements
• Translate storyboards and wireframes to create functional and high-performing websites
• Write, execute, and maintain clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Implement security and data protection
• Ensure to code that is platform and device agnostic
• Collaborate with other team members for the design and content of the website
• Integration testing to ensure the quality and robustness of code
• Monitoring website traffic with Google analytics to ensure high GTmetrix score
• Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code
• Troubleshooting and debugging

The Technical Lead should be well versed with Node.js, React js, AWS, Microsoft Azure, flutter, scalable cloud architecture.

He/she will be working directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company. 

Responsibilities:

• Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company.

• Ensuring that the tech team meets the company’s short and long term needs.

• Outline the goals for research and development. 

• Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all product requirements. 

• Acting as a mentor to the tech team members. 

• Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of new features.

• Managing technology budgets and time frames.

• Driving and planning sprints and ensuring a high tech team velocity.

• Staying on top of technology trends and developments.

• Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

• Ensuring that there is no system downtime and all products are working seamless.

Requirements /Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written). 

• Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate, exceptional team management skills. 

• Should be well versed with Node.js, React js, AWS, Microsoft Azure, flutter, scalable cloud architecture.

• Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.

• Proactive and efficient time management.

• Ability to delegate efficiently. 

• Should have managed and set up teams. 

• Process orientation.

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering head.
